Bill and Key Plumbing were recommended to us by our HOA. I called Bill about a steam shower that had stopped working properly and was leaking. Bill came out to take a look and said we would need to replace the unit. He was going to check with his warehouse to find a replacement and let me know what my options were. After a week or two I didnt hear back from Bill so I sent him a text asking for a update. Bill said he had emailed me the info about the replacement. I didnt have any emails from Bill so I kindly asked him to re-send it. After another week, still no email so I called and left him a voicemail. Two more weeks go by and no phone call back from Bill. I tried sending him another text asking why he has gone radio silent on me and yet again no response. In my opinion this is very unprofessional and I would not recommend Bill with Key Plumbing. Communication is key and very easy to call/text someone back. Even if youre busy or can no longer take on the job, just communicate that to your customers instead of going radio silent on them.

They always get the work done, theyre quick to respond, affordable, and very pleasant to work with. Furthermore, they go the extra mile, whenever needed, to make things happen when extraordinary circumstances would suggest that completion in the timeframe required is impossible. It might be impossible for others, but Bill and his team seem committed to finding a way to make the impossible happen. We love working with them as one of our trusted business partners, and our clients are always satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!

We had a bad experience with Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing Solutions. Bill came to look at our sinks, put caulking around them, charged us $85, and didnt fix the problem at all. Phone calls were not returned. After a month or so, we filed a complaint with the BBB, which went unanswered by Bill Griggs. The woman who recommended Key Plumbing to us also ended up with shoddy worksmanship and no return calls. (We later paid a handyman $60 to replace both of our faucets and the sinks are working perfectly.) If Bill had simply called us back, we could have worked something out but he took our money and ran with it. I will avoid Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing in future.

Great guys that do a great job for more than a great price! These guys are awesome because they know what theyre doing and they are extremely fairly priced! When they came out to service our kitchen sink they didnt need to do as much work as I would have thought, but not only did they fix the problem it only cost me $50!! Plumbers are so far from cheap to even come for a service call, but these guys are great at what they do, are more than fair on pricing, and good honest guys. I would recommend them to everyone I know and plan on using their services as long as theyre in business!! Thanks again guys!!

My first experience with with Key Plumbing started well, the guys were on time, and spent 4-5 hours working on various repairs on two apartments I own, and got the job done. They inadvertently left one shower not in working order, due to a communication issue about the new valve and trim I bought at Lowes which turned out to be terrible quality, but Bill the owner was responsive to my complaint, and came back and made the situation right. thanks Bill, I really appreciate it!!

Bill Griggs and his team are professional, flexible and do what it takes to get the job done. Not once - but twice he saved a job for me where my clients had used another plumber because he could get to the job sooner - but he overcharged them and completely messed up the install. Bills team came out and fixed it without us having to delay the rest of the job! So grateful there are still master tradesmen around that are customer focused!

I have now used Bill and Key Plumbing Solutions 3 times on my properties. Whereas other companies have repeatedly tried to get me to spend thousands of dollars digging up and replacing a sewer line, Bill has kept the lines clear. I cant recommend Bill enough for his integrity, quality and fairness. Bill keep up the good work and if anyone in Denver needs a quality craftsman in an often stinky business, give Bill a call!

We had Key Plumbing to our house to deal with constantly running bathtub. Our house was built in 1893 so who know how old the plumbing actually is. Bill was able to remove the stems, find replacements (the faucet was roughly 60 years old) and repair our leak. Great service, great work, and an absolutely fair price. We cant wait to have him back to run a natural gas line for us soon!

Great job today fixing our bathroom sink drain and our master bedroom toilet. The bathroom drain repair was especially difficult so it was nice that the owner of the company did the work himself. Key Plumbing Solutions is my go to place during all my remodels. Bill is great to work with and very honest up front. He has a very slick invoice system to that he can send estimates and invoices directly to my email while performing the work right there.
