Jacob Jones was dispatched to my condo that I rent. He was very nice and courteous of my pets and personal property. He was able to figure out the water issue I was having and it appears that it was an issue with the upstairs neighbors pipes. Im editing my response from earlier and changing my rating from 5 to 2 stars. I was asked to give a 5 star rating and asked again while he was at my apartment, so I felt obligated. I did give 1 more star because the plumber couldnt gain access to the apartment above me that was leaking water, so he was unable to resolve the issue. But when the upstairs neighbor came to fill the hole the plumber left in my wall to find the source of the water leak, he was appalled to find a 4ft tall, 1ft wide hole in my wall. Now, I am no expert on plumbing or walls, so I had no idea this wasnt a normal thing. My neighbor stated obvious things the plumber could have done to find the source of the leak without cutting a giant hole into my wall. He even noticed that he could have pierced the water pipes/lines inside the wall while cutting it. I do have pets and I was nervous about my cat getting into the wall while the leak was getting fixed and then eventually the hole was filled. Water issues are never fun, but after discussing it with my neighbor, this definitely was not a very bright solution from the plumber.

Wow. I needed a water heater replaced, and they scheduled me on the same day (three hours later). Service was friendly, and quite thorough. They laid mats down to prevent dirtying the carpet, took precaution in moving the heaters to not scratch the floor. That meticulousness carried over into everything else. There was a corroded valve that wouldnt shut, a valve that required a tool to shut (offered optionally), and a bad floating flue vent. They fixed it all and preventing me from dying in my sleep. Also, the water heater is on its lowest setting and heats better (in all senses) than the last one. The scheduling was also very good. I got a person by phone call around lunchtime (within 4 seconds). I got a quote early on (and they stuck with it), plus a knowledgeable representative to take me through the catalog (knew first-hour performance, energy factors, etc.) as I was still undecided, and also had supplier connections to figure out if their inventory had exactly what I was looking for. Anyway, had my first shower since then: no regrets.

I had no water for 48 hours due to my shutoff broken in the off position. I had a couple of plumbing companies tell me they were not allowed in a pit to shut off the main building water (I live in a condo). Not only does Quality First go into the pit, but Jeremiah was so patient with me as he explained everything he was doing. He said up front they were not the cheapest. I know I paid for experience and quality and I will always call these guys first. I did have Jeremiah repipe from my shutoff valve to the hot water tank (because Quest Pipes... Google it) and he did such a beautiful job with copper piping that is pinned up against the wall. My old pipes were just hanging in your face when you walked into the storage room. And Jeremiah walked me through everything he was doing because he knew I was curious. (He was also hilarious when we werent talking about the plumbing.) THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!

To me the measure of a company is how they handle the customers issues. I have used Quality 1st plumbing on 4 different home repair jobs. The last time i used them my experience was not what I thought it should be. I reached out to them and spoke with the owner of the company. Not only did the owner call me right back but he took the time to listen to my issues and together we can to a solution that worked for both of us. I dont expect perfection every time. Its really nice to do business with a company that strives for perfection every time, and knows how to handle it when it doesnt go that way. The quality of the work that was performed is top notch and i will be back. As long as Quality 1st is in business I dont need to look for another plumber and neither should you.

This business does a great job. I highly recommend master plumber Nik Lawhorn. He is a great guy, nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. When I asked him if I could observe his work he was happy to explain the steps and what he was doing. I had a leaky bathtub faucet and he fixed it promptly, coming within an hour of calling. He was very fair with explaining the prices and options. He was well prepared with equipment and he wore shoe covers and was very considerate about knocking before he entered the house each time. He told us his business is expanding to include home heating systems.

Ill give them one star for showing up.... These guys will charge you 110.00 even if you live two blocks away... So the estimate they gave me after the guy took a dump in my toilet, was over 3 thousand dollars for a gas line install ... I called two other plumbers and both of their prices were around 800.00.... These guys are charging everyone show up fees and estimate fees all day long and not doing any work, thats how they make their money.. bunch of clowns working in a clown shop.

Quality First Plumbing is a A+ 1st Class Plumbing Company. They are timely in their response and priced very fairly. There customer service is excellent and the plumbers are very friendly and professional. Weve used Quality 1st plumbing for several plumbing issues and Id feel comfortable referring them to any friend or family member too!

I wish I could put NO stars. I was charged 314.00 to have someone come out, cut a hole in a wall and tell me I had a leak! No kidding, really??? Buyer beware!...314.00 for basically a DIAGNOSTIC FEE.... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! Unless you like to pay 300+ for nothing, I would find a different company!

We have gone without gas for over a week! No hot water. This company got a contract with our HOA to repair a gas leak. Its been 9 days! Theres much more to be said... its just too sublime to discuss! Many better companies out there.btw Jacob was very interested that I mention him by name.

Josh C. put in a long day before coming to my house for a clogged kitchen drain after 8 PM. In spite of the long day, he was polite and thorough. He did a fantastic job. I think hes also helped me with a similar problem once before; again - professional, courteous, and thorough.

I have used these guys countless number of times. As a property manager with over 3000 clients it is good to have a contractor you can count on to be honest and get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend them, they are the only company I use now.
