My firm uses Rampart Supply for all of our plumbing fixtures on remodel projects. I cant say enough positive things about our rep there, Lacie Dissler. She contacts our clients and meets with them directly, guiding them through the process and making it a fun experience. Shes prompt with contact/returning calls and getting quotes out and shes really on top of things. Plus, shes so nice!

I can count on them selling ONLY high quality products. You need an appointment, just like the door says, if you expect one on one service. They are usually busy with appointments. Walk ins are not the best way to get service. As a contractor, I count on getting products better than Home Depot!! When you buy faucets from Home Depot, you cant get parts for most of their stuff!

no service to home owners - I tried to return a sump pump and they kept the sump pump but did not refund the money - kept talking about lawyers and reviewing the situation - waiting for 2 weeks to get results - management has very poor culture including deception and passing the buck - marc robbins is the worst

Overall The Best plumbing supply house. Showroom is Excellent for homeowners by appointment, but they should stick to box stores if theyre doing a diy project/repair.

Incredibly condescending staff. Look out for Kyle, the "counter manager." He cant handle the counter at a corner lemonade stand.
