Terrible experience!!! Called at 8am and was told by Brian that he could be at my home early afternoon after lunch. So I had someone waiting at my house all afternoon as I was at work. I called him at 2:00pm to get an update on time and was told he would be another hour and then on his way. I get a call at 4pm from Brian saying he had another person he might go see that has been without hot water since Saturday - this person called Brian far after we set up our appt. I told Brian this is not my problem to which he agreed. He then said he would call me right back and he was going to call the other customer. I did not get a call back and had to call Brian 30 minutes later. He was still unsure at the time if he was going to come to my house or go to this other persons house. Communication is key in this world and Efficient Plumbing Services is absolutely TERRIBLE at it. If you say you are going to do the job at a certain time then you stand by that - Brian did the complete opposite. I wish I could comment on his ability to complete the job but he didnt even make it to the job to start. I am guessing a "hot water" problem yields more money than my job would have which is sad. Brian Dixon came to our house within a hour of calling him. He replaced a bathroom fixture and did some additional work to the water pipe in the basement. He worked very efficiently and was very attentive to cleaning up the areas where he worked when he was finished. I cannot comment on his pricing because we did not connect other plumbers to compare but we were definitely pleased with his service to us.

I always call Brian for those plumbing jobs that I cant do. He gets them done quickly and efficiently and charges a fair price. This last job was a leaky shower drain with difficult access. Job done next day and done well including fixing the hanging drain pipe that caused the problem in the first place. I would recommend Brian to anyone.
