I teach High School here in the local community, It was end of the year & I didnt have the time to thoroughly search for a good plumber. Thus I went with this company because of the glowing reviews online. Perhaps I should have been more dubious. The scheduling department is cordial, professional, and overall quite agreeable. The plumber who came out held himself in the same rapport. Not bad people by any means. Problem: disposal & dishwasher was backing up They did an estimate (~60 dollars just for the estimate) , but this was waived because I had them fix the problem. Solution: the drain was blocked The plumber used a drain snake/auger to unclog. -which can be purchased at Home Depot for ~30$ -the whole process for the plumber, arriving at my door to leaving, was under 30 minutes Cost: 160$ for about 20 minutes of diagnosing and fixing the clog. [For perspective a neurosurgeon in America earns ~ $175.00 per hour] ---The dishwasher is still backing up, so I called to see if anything could be done for this, well of course it is not under warranty & they wanted to repeat this whole swindling process . I write few reviews, but I feel compelled. I admit that I was credulously bamboozled. 160$ to fix a clog; a remorseless gouge to my pocketbook. The price alone is shameless, but then the audacity to suggest that the rectifying solution is another go with the service!? In conclusion, I admonish my fellow customers against this plumbing company/service. Take the time to find a group or individual that operates with integrity.

THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Please avoid this company especially if they send Mike out to your house. I honestly have no idea how they got so highly rated. Mike had absolutely no idea what he was doing and had to rely solely on the water heater company tech support (which I could have done had I know about it) to do his job. At one point he even had to ask tech support where the bad part was and he could access it. She responded "remove the 4 screws on the top of the water heater." I actually laughed out loud when she said that. What sealed it for me though was once our water heater was diagnosed he said that he would send me a quote the next day. Before I received the quote I decided to call and see if I could order the part myself and for how much. The part cost $156 and shipping was $25. I ended up doing the work myself since it was really simple and took approximately 20 min. After I had already ordered the part Mikes quote came in at $1450. Yeah that is right a ~1000% mark up for a 20 min job. What a joke.

High5 Plumbing did an excellent job when I needed a few things replaced in my master shower. The technician Jeff was polite, efficient and answered my questions when he was finished with the work. Jeff helped me save money by explaining the benefit of buying two tubs of Bio-Clean at once, which is great for my drains throughout my town home. This product is much better and safer than Drano or other highly toxic and potentially damaging chemicals to remove clogs, etc. My membership in the High5 discount program saves me on their services as well as other companies they partner with. Make sure to ask whoever you speak with about it as it will definitely save you money over the course of a year. Best of all Jeff gave me a solid high five to end the appointment! One of the employees called me the day after to ensure everything went well. This is excellent follow up and will definitely make me want to use High5 again and again in the future.

Awesome!!! I recently had work done on a leaky bathtub faucet by High5Plumbing. The office staff was polite and very informative. The service technician arrived on time and prepared to review the situation and go to work. I was provided with the pricing options, which I found to be competitive. The service technician performed excellent work which gives me confidence that the problem was fixed correctly and will not come up anytime soon. Communication with the office staff and the service technician was great throughout the process. I will use High5Five for any future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them as well.

High 5 Plumbing was highly recommended on the Nextdoor App so I thought I would give them a try for our business and I couldnt be more pleased from the initial phone call to the follow up phone call. They were pleasant and quick to set up an appointment, they were here an hour earlier and called me to ask me if it was okay if they came early. Made some suggestions since our business had older pipes and the technicians were amazing to work with. They were professional, and courteous. Shortly after they left I received a phone call asking how the service was. That is what I consider 5 star service. Thanks Again!

I would highly recommend High 5 Plumbing for both commercial and residential customers. I had a couple of different issues at my home where I needed help, not only fixing the issue, but trying to figure what exactly was causing the problem. High 5 found the issue to be something not as complicated as I thought it would be, fixed it quickly, cleaned up well and did it at a fair price. I also had them do work at my place of business where a quick response was important and fixing it right the first time is a must. They always exceed expectations. Thanks High 5!

We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and the last thing we thought would be a challenge is to move our gas line from one spot to another. So, we interviewed four companies and decided to go with Dave from High 5 Plumbing. Their bid was higher than the other bids, but we felt more comfortable going with this company and we are SO happy we did! We faced obstacle after obstacle, but due to Dave being a genus and his ingenuity, he was able to accomplish our goal. Dont go elsewhere because if you face a problem, you will wish you hired a contractor such as Dave!

High 5 was referred to me by a friend when I had a plumbing emergency a couple of years ago. They were able to come out and fix my stopped drain the same day. Last week the faucet was leaking in the bathroom. I google it what might cause it and there is a cylinder inside that can break. They came today, confirmed the issue, purchased the correct part, and fixed it in a very short period of time. It was very affordable to have this fixed. I will use them again as needed. I am very pleased as they are prompt, professional, and affordable!

High 5 worked to identify a leak in the basement under the foundation floor and where they identified the leak was (there was a 75 foot span where it could have been) when they broke out the jackhammer and busted out the concrete floor they were dead on and only had to tear up a foot. The professionalism that was shown on this project was superior and the quality of the work was amazing. Thanks High 5 for taking a very large job and making is as smooth as it was!
