The post master at Edwards, Jim, is a very unprofessional and rude individual. I was transferred to him to speak to him about a late fee that was incorrectly applied to my box. I began to explain the situation, then he cut me off mid sentence, shut me out, and kept repeating himself. I told him that he had just cut me off, then he did it again, and again every sentence after. I couldnt get a sentence in. He then basically told me to deal with it, or take my business elsewhere. I told him that I had no response, as it was impossible to have a conversation with him, and that he had just been unprofessional and rude. Then he told me that the conversation was going to be quickly terminated, I responded "as it should, your the only one talking". A complaint was made at the national headquarters.

As in Diana P who found my Tax return in the matter of seconds. I called back the next day, and Diane who was very pleasant said she saw my return earlier. After being put on hold for less than a minute she came back with my return in hand. Diana single handily turned my experience from 1 star to 5 stars. Because of Diana, I had an incredible end to my winter! Thank you so much!!!! You could teach your boss Jim a thing or two about customer service.

Normally Im not the type of person to even bother leaving a review unless its positive.. however.. this place knows how to let you down, consistently! It takes several days for packages to be processed. Im currently waiting for my slip for a package that was delivered at noon on Wednesday, but its become expected. And whoever the bald guy with the glasses was... you sir were probably the main reason why everyone hates this place.

Worst post office, I have ever dealt with. I simply called to find out where my package was, and after a very disrespectful and rude phone call, was hung up on. It is very disappointing that the USPS would allow for a post office to be run in this manner.
