I am giving this office one star because of poor service, specifically based of interactions with the mail handler. On multiple occasions the employee demonstrated an attitude that was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. The behaviors made for an unpleasant customer experience. Specific areas in need of improvement: 1. Ability to abstain from replying with curt answers 2. Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction 3. Wearing a smile/friendly demeanor when dealing with customers. 4. Never treating customers in a patronizing manner.
