I am SO sick of getting other peoples mail! The fact that I have to go through my mail each morning for work to weed out the MAIL THAT IS NOT MINE, is infuriating! The post office DOES NOT match the box number to the number on the mail piece, or the name of the business on the mail piece to the box name. AND OUR BUSINESS HAS HAD THE SAME PO BOX FOR TEN YEARS! SERIOUSLY is it that hard to read?! You cant look at it twice before putting it in my box? I have gotten peoples payments for bills (peoples personal checks), businesses phone bills, and today I got a box that is for a business off of Vandiver...? What the heck? Its a signature confirmation as well, so whomever sent it will see that I signed for it, BUT IT IS NOT FOR MY BUSINESS and is NOT ADDRESSED TO MY BUSINESS, so I have to leave work and return it, and say, GEE, CHECK OUT THE ADDRESS ON THIS SUCKER! ITS NOT EVEN WITHIN FIVE MILES OF MY BUSINESS! Can I trust USPS when I pay extra for services such as signature confirmation, certified, return receipt, our postage paid account, etc.? How do I know if what I send goes to the intended recipient if I keep getting other peoples/businesses mail? Bottom-line: I cant trust the United States Postal Service, they have made that painfully clear. SO! I am using UPS and FedEx as much as I possibly can because I feel the USPS has proven themselves to be unreliable, disorganized, and INCOMPETENT!

Filed a change of address on June 24 2017 effective on June 24 2017. Started getting my forwarded mail on July 6 2017 EXCEPT my meds from CVS, 2 WEEKS later. No endorsement on package as to returning it, BUT it was returned on July 5 2017 they think. These packages are ultra important so why would they not forward this like any other first class piece of mail????? No one knows what happened or where the package is, so much for tracking number.... still cant tell where it is. Of course the carrier was blamed and probably rightly so if it was sent back. Office at new address told me that if it came in by chance on the noon truck, she would delivery it herself. It boils down to everyone wants to pass the buck. Train your employees and hold their feet to the fire on accountability. I was a Postmaster for 30 years so have a better idea how things are SUPPOSE to be, heaven help those that have no idea how/why these things happen, even I cant imagine running a Post Office with no accountability.

This is the worst post office I have every used. They have lost my mail when I requested it be held while I was on vacation. Never recovered. The employees who help with mail pick-up are very rude. I recently had a package delivery attempt with nothing left behind to let me know that they attempted to deliver my package and that it was being held. So much for overnight delivery! $30 down the drain! I have been frustrated by the ineptitude and selfishness of this post office and its employees ad nauseum! Try to avoid use of this terribly pathetic post office if at all possible!

Considering the caliber of the customers they serve, the job they do in nothing less than miraculous. Ive shipping hundreds of boxes from this location, thousands over the past few years from others, and the problems Ive had can be counted on one hand with fingers left. And those problems were not due to the postal employees. Proper packaging and labeling is critical, I see too many "novice" shippers improperly packaging, labeling and shipping then blame the postal service. They do the best they can, and I believe they do a great job and are a true asset to America.

I normally would say i HATE the post office but today was different. Charlieta (i think was her name) was the most positive, happy, friendly, kindest lady ever. She did everything she could to get us the best service and cheapest rates. She was welcoming and I officially will always go in their and see her. If you happen to have her, tell her thank you for doing such an awesome job. Reminder...if you go in their with a bad attitude, you joined the other 275 people who they dealt with before you who could have been worse, so smile and be kind. it pays off.

Fantastic Customer Service. Even when they are super busy they get to me very quickly and handle my business fast and professional. I needed to pick up a package and even though they were closed for 3 days for New Years, I called and someone was kind enough to bring my package out to me on the rear loading dock. The only down sides I can think of is parking is very limited and because their office was closed but their 24 hour PO Box lobby was open, there was an intoxicated homeless person laying about in there. Other than that, 5 stars.

This post office has knowledgeable and friendly staff. There is usually a line, but thats to be expected at the post office. Im not sure why people are upset that their calls arent being answered. If they were standing in line waiting for service, how mad would they be of they were asked to wait while the employee answered the phone? If you need something, go to the post office and take care of it. Dont call and then complain because the employees were too busy doing their job to answer your call.

This is the "main" post office in town, but I avoid this location as much as possible. They are extremely rude and they leave their phone off the hook, so dont count on getting through if you try to call. The only time I go there is when I absolutely have no other choice, such as when a package that was supposed to be delivered to my home "accidentally" got "held for pickup" at this location, even though this is not even the location that services my area of town!

Be prepared to be treated very rudely here by some of the clerks. I went there once and I will never go their again if I can help it. I actually called and complained about one person who was extremely mean and yelled at me for no reason at all. I saw them do it to other people as well. Totally uncalled for behavior in this place. It is like they have no control over their own employees.

Positive experience every time I come in, always friendly and smiling faces. Always very helpful and kind, the best staff you could ask for. A sense of entitlement and arrogance may ruin the experience, however the staff are the furthest people to deserve to endure these frivolous overgrown children.

I made a mistake on the address of a package being shipped to me. I was able to figure out it was at this post office, so I gave them call with little hope that they could help me. To my surprise he was kindly able find it quickly and fix the address for me!

I like this USPS office. Convenient location and a decent staff. I cannot understand what people are expecting when they go to a post office. Its not a hotel. And i have called them once or twice and my calls have been answered. May be I was lucky.

Absolutely horrible! I have had nothing but bad experiences with this branch. The tellers ate nice but EVERYONE else is a nightmare. I went to go pick up a package and the lady attending the window made a racist remark. I just cant believe it
