Ive been working out at TruFit Health for over three years now, mostly once-per-week. The staff at TruFit are friendly, supportive, and helpful. I love the style of workouts. I can get a full workout -- enough to keep me in peak condition -- in just 20-30 minutes per week. That keeps me in fantastic shape for riding horses competitively (eventing), plus periodic bouts of hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. (No, you dont need "cardio" to be able to ski for six hours at the start of the season. You need muscle strength tho!) Theres no injury risk with TruFit -- unlike CrossFit, which I did for a year before TruFit Health. Im tired after my workouts, but Im never terribly sore. For people who dont have lots of time to devote to keeping fit, its a perfect workout.

This is the best workout program Ive ever found, and Im proud to say it is also a workout program I have truly committed to. My trainer, Christie, is very knowledgeable in nutrition and is just a great person overall. She pushes me in just the right way and with a lot more than just pushing weight. I workout for 30 minutes, twice a week, and am seeing results like I have never seen with any other program I have tried. I wont say its easy, thats for sure, but I will say its truly unique and definitely worth it! To see my aging body (age 47) firm up and lean down is just really been a great experience. I brag on this workout form and on this particular gym all the time... They are awesome!

After a few months on low carb/paleo, I found Body by Science, a variation on the SuperSlow protocol for weightlifting. Their site led me to TruFIT. Christy and Travis (and the other trainers) do a nice job of keeping my form straight and keeping me moving slowly and steadily. Its not a muscle palace, its a clean, up to date facility with weight machines of all kinds. For me its a half hour, once a week. The results are many of my weights have doubled in the past nine months and Im now pulling down more than my bodyweight. I did six pullups the other day (Im a 59 year old guy.) Its an unusual protocol but give it a chance, it works great and Ive had no injuries.

Tonight I had my first experience with TruFIT. WOW!!! What an incredible experience. First off, the location is so easy to find that it makes going to work out easy. Second, the machines that the facility has are fantastic. Best work out I have ever done!!! In just 8 minutes I have fulfilled an entire body work out and my body feels it. I am a pretty consistent cardio person but I have never felt better then after using these machines. The staff at TruFIT really puts their heart into your success. The uplifting personalities from all of the trainers make working out an enjoyable experience. I am already counting down the days until I get to go back!

I was very surprised that I could get such a good workout, in only 30 minutes, in my work clothes. I now know why they give you 3 free sessions. You almost dont believe until you try it. I would highly recommend this workout to anyone who wants to improve their overall fitness. This is the hardest 30 minutes of your week, but the results are amazing. Most people dont workout because they cant find time to go to the gym 3 x times a week for an hour. Or, they think they need to run 3 miles a day...trust me on this one...make room in your schedule for 30 minutes a week, at Trufit and you will have the body you have always wanted.

Ive been a client of TruFIT for over 3 years now and I highly recommend their services. To be able to workout, one-on-one, with a qualified trainer that concentrates on your success, without having tons of other people around is extremely beneficial. From nutrition, weight loss, strength building and physique development, they can prove results with short 30 minute sessions. No need to change clothes, wait for machines, etc... just crank through their routine and you will see results, guaranteed!

I started with Trufit several years ago because I was having horrible back pain. I was taking pain pills, wearing a back brace and was miserable all the time. I stared working out with Christy and Jan and they slowly worked on making my back and the rest of me :) stronger. I no longer have any back pain never take anything for pain and got rid of the back brace! I will always be truly grateful to them for giving me my life back!

I love how efficient this workout is! Its amazing the results you can get in such a short time by doing the movements so slow. If youve never tried it, you have to! I am really pleased with the results Ive seen so far and Christie is just a doll to work with. So professional and knowledgeable, but also fun to work with!!

Absolutely the best workout! Short, quick, and hard as hell, but so worth it! Love High Intensity Strength Training, it is the only thing that has ever worked for me and shown real results!!!
