My husband and I stopped here after trying to get a passport for my 5 month old daughter at the Thornton and Northglenn City Clerks Offices. Unfortunately for us, Thornton wasnt providing passport services that day and Northglenns customer service was so appalling that we took the application and left. From the moment we walked in we knew our day was going to take a happy turn -- the staff up front seemed to know all of the customers, greeting them by name and with huge smiles. The line moved quickly, but unfortunately the passport application process isnt exactly quick; so when more customers started coming in behind us, I suggested that she could help them and return to us afterwards, but the woman at the front said it was no trouble and invited another woman up to help us finish the process. Im really glad we drove a little further to get MUCH better customer service and will highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for passport services, or any other for that matter.

Wonderful staff and short lines. Although just stopped in today and they apparently have 13 carriers working there from now on and there are a max of 6 parking spots. Not one spot for customers now. Not a great decision USPS.

Scanned my packages saying they delivered them when they were not delivered and sitting at their hub dont trust them with stuff I ordered off the net
