The hours of this post office are terrible. Most people work an 8am to 5pm job. I can never make it to this post office in time to do anything because they open after I leave for work and close before I get back. On the rare occasion I actually can make it to the post office, the employees show no care or effort to move quickly. The line always fills the lobby and goes out the door. Its impossible to come here without it taking at least 20 minutes to get anything done. Lets also not forget the time my postal worker accidentally delivered a package worth several hundred dollars to the wrong address. It was registered mail and required the signature of the recipient, yet it still somehow wound up a the wrong persons house. After a week of back and forth the postal worker finally retrieved it, but no one informed me as was promised, and I only found out it was waiting for me by fluke accident when I went in to lodge another complaint. I still have the same postal worker, and as far as I can tell there was no punishment of any kind for this.

Supposed to try three times to deliver a package... Tried once and then returned it to sender. I want my money back. I live in an apartment complex. Every single other mail carrier leaves packages with the main office. USPS does, too- sometimes. And sometimes they dont. Just inexplicably, with no rhyme or reason. And I swear its the same mail carrier every day, so I dont get why he sometimes can take them into the main office and sometimes just doesnt bother and leaves a note telling us he tried to deliver (we were home all day... No you did not) and that they will try again a different day (which he never did). SO FRUSTRATING. The most broken down piece of government bureaucracy that exists, and thats saying something.

Worst service ever. Deserves a 0. The employees are rude and they are not helpful in any way. Never more than 1 person working the counter. My latest experience included me taking information from USPS website about availability of a tracking number and the employee kept saying no they cant give a tracking number. Went to a UPS and they stated they could send by USPS and yes they are able to give tracking numbers. I am not sure when the postal service went to s*#% but they have achieved worst customer service ever.

The employees are good. The incredibly long lines are difficult to understand why. Why cant the supervisors pull a person or two to the front to assist during busy times. Or hire part time help. It is exasperating & difficult to see two workers and a line extending past glass doors & into the front lobby. Please, do something about your customer service serious needs for action. Thank you.

Ive heard the office is bad but man my mail carrier is pretty awful. I dont even know which one delivers my mail on any given day since there seems to be a rotation. Today is the third time theyve left someone elses mail either in my box or on my doorstep. I live in a condominium complex, a rather large one that can get confusing but thats no excuse to do this so many times.

Slow, unorganized, and improperly staffed. I should expect this, but it never ceases to amaze me how poorly run the USPS is. Also, I just read a review that said "Lines are a part of life." This is asinine. How many lines do you stand in at the pharmacy or grocery store that take a minimum of 10 mins to get service? This reviewers quality of life must be awful.

I love my home post office. Are the workers over joyed to see you? Not most of the time. But all of the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and SUPER PATIENT. I always hear customers in line complaining and offending the employees on staff. When I walk up with a smile, am polite and grateful; the employees return the same. Give to get.

Always slow, always understaffed and always ran by the "pretend to look busy" type. They usually only have one person working the window so expect to wait in line a long time even for basic services. Why people still send packages through the USPS when FedEx or UPS exist is beyond me.

I live in the neighborhood, and my outgoing mail has repeatedly not been picked up. I have made several complaints about my mail(un)carrier to the branch manager. Surprise, nothing happened. God forbid anyone at the PO actually do their job. Government efficiency on display.

This place is horrible!! Very slow & theres never enough people working up front. My advice is if you have to ship a package go to the closest UPS Store or the Ace Hardware on Dry Creek & Broadway. Both charge the exact same price as the post office & its much faster!!

This is the worst post office I have ever visited. There is nearly always a line. If you drive to the Greenwood Village post office on the other side of the interstate off Arapahoe (behind Vitamin Cottage) you will more than likely save yourself a brain aneurism.

Expect to wait. Its hit or miss honestly. I visit here a few times per month to mail out packages and Gi is always friendly and helpful! (: I came in at 1 pm last week with a line out the door, came in today the same time with one person ahead of me.

Horrible service. I try to mail something from the self service machine and it says $0.68 but would not allow me to purchase without buying a book of stamps. I then go inside and am told the envelope now costs $1.15. Does the mob run the post office now?

They either dont answer the phone or have the wrong number published on the web. I keep receiving other peoples mail but without driving there to talk to them i dont have a way to notify them. I tried putting a note in my mailbox but that did not work.

Why go to Disneyland when you can wait in line here? Go prepared to wait. I would pack a lunch. Maybe a dinner. It might also be prudent to throw a tent and a sleeping bag in the car in the event you have to sleep there to hold your place in line.

Most the time theres only one person behind the counter. Im in line now, finally 3 away, and its been 25 minutes! I hate this place but am forced to deal with them! They need to privatize this!!! Cant even express how maddening this is!

The US Post Office in Centennial, Colorado will NOT answer their phone. I have subscribed to Priority Mail, where I receive my mail once a week. My neighbor informed me that there is my box, there should NOT be! Bruce Howe

The employees at this location just dont seem to care. The last two times Ive been in there at least one cashier has logged out and walked away for no apparent reason while the line was almost out the door.

There is often a line-but its a popular branch for some reason. The postal workers are really great and they are alwaya available to answer questions. When I can I just use the self service station.

There is always a long line and they usually have 1 person at the counter. Everything here happens at half speed... pathetically understaffed and it is a frustrating experience 100% of the time...
