Moved into the service area of this Post Office recently, and they are the absolute worst at delivering packages. FedEx and UPS can deliver to us just fine, but this USPS station has a 100% package delivery failure rate over the last couple months. A total of 4 packages have been marked as "delivered", when they in fact have not. This has lead to some headache calls with retailers to get refunds. After multiple attempts to talk with somebody about the issue at this office, nobody has gotten back or resolved anything. Best advice: move to a different zip code.

This post office "lost" a piece of mail that I sent certified from this location. I filed a claims report and they could never trace it beyond this PO in Colorado Springs. Absolutely no one showed any concern about this at all. So where do you think the gift cards went that I sent certified to ensure their arrival? I will drive across town to mail something before I ever drop anything off at this location. Theyre either incompetent or thieves. Their drop box has had break-ins as well, so beware.

Love this post office because of the employees! I had to ship a few small fragile framed paintings and needed a box size that they didnt have in the front, SO the manager searched and searched in the back until he found something that could work. This box was a PERFECT fit to securely fit my framed paintings with enough extra room for bubble wrap. Im so incredibly happy with their initiative to help their customers! They were 100x more helpful than even Fed Ex! Way to go!

Older facility with no air conditioning. Small counter space. Services an area with many retirement apartments whose residents need assistance rather than using the self service machines. The lines for counter help are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS unmercifully long. The staff is pleasant but by end of the day are often frustrated and impatient. This place was probably state of the art in 1970 but its barely adequate today for the people its supposed to serve.

Give this Post office some credit. Old building, busy location, small parking lot and waiting area, large routes, outdated equipment, yet all the people are friendly and professional. There are way to many bad reviews from people that dont understand what they are going through at this location. If you dont like it here try the one over on Academy and Fountain... I stood inline there once for 48 minutes before I even got to the counter!

Typical postal service. 40 people running around and only one poor guy at the counter. Its usually a daily occurrence of a minimum 20 min wait, line out the door. If you so much as hint toward frustration, customer service goes right out the window. Supervisor is usually nowhere to be found and if he is, he is as rude as they come. Better off sending ups or even dhl unless you have plenty of time to burn.

Considering the weird/rude customers I saw these people deal with while waiting in line, the service is great. Carmen the lady who works here went above and beyond to help me plan how to send 9 different packages the most affordable way and get me a great deal. She deserves some sort of recognition from upper management.

i had my mail delivered here at this post office. they sent me notice once and i went there. when i got there my mail was not in the post office. they told me they will call me. i never got the call from anyone. recently i got the final notice and i rushed there t get it. i found out they sent my mail back to sender.

Very rude for no reason, especially when I was super-polite and asked one simple question that in itself was not a rude or "stupid" question. Just called this office to ask a question and they answered it very rudely, then just hung up in my face when I thanked them sincerely.

This post office delivered an empty package to me (contents had been stolen while en route through the postal system) and they could care less. I cant even get someone to talk to me about it. Not only are they rude at this location but very unprofessional.

I had to call to see if the carrier was holding any of my mail because we had to go out of town and i forgot to put my mail on temporary hold and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. It took everything in me not to go off on here..

Brittany (spelling?) was awesome! Usually I wait in line for a long time to be dealt with minimally. But not Brittany! She was friendly, funny, and I felt like she actually cared about me and my package. I always hope she is working when I go! :)

Staff is friendly and helpful. I would rather go here than to the one on fountain closer to my place. Beware the parking lot is pretty crowded most times I go in, however, better to wait on helpful people than deal with crabby employees.

Ive lived all over town, and this post office has to have have some of the most punctual carriers I’ve experienced. The building itself is somewhat outdated, but still quite well kept.
