I normally use this post office location because it has shorter lines than the regular post office. However, today I was treated quite rudely by Bob, the office manager and wont be going back. There was a gentleman ahead of me who had several packages so there ended up being about 10 of us in line who waited several minutes for him to finish. While Bob was working on this guys packages, another gentleman came up and stood at the front. Once the gentleman was finished, Bob immediately started helping this other guy. When I asked why I wasnt next and this other guy got to jump in front of everyone, Bob told me quite rudely that he didnt make people wait in line twice as this guy had been there earlier that day and and proceeded to help him. While normally I would think it was a nice gesture on Bobs part, the way that he simply ignored everyone and helped this guy was quite rude. I think the polite customer-oriented thing to do would have been for Bob to tell everyone that this guy had been waiting in line earlier in the day and he had said that he would let him cut when he came back, and then apologize to the rest of us for any inconvenience. However, he didnt and treated my very rudely for daring to ask why this guy got to jump in line ahead of everyone. This isnt the first time that the folks working at this office have been impolite to the point of rudeness, but I thought shorter lines was worth putting up with the rudeness. However, a new post office location has opened up near here at the Ace Hardware store and I will be going there instead.

Lady working at the desk was extremely rude and not very well informed on certified mail. Would highly recommend using a different post office.

Personally I dont think a cramped corner of a pet store should qualify as a post office. Dont even bother.
