Extremely disappointed and would not recommend! Heres the story: Last summer (around June/July), my AC unit went out, so I brought it into Lee Myles to repair. They "fixed it". It was the AC Compressor. However, it seemed as if the air wasnt blowing strong enough, but I thought it must have been fixed. Then, my wife started driving it the next spring (2016) and she definitely noticed that the air was not blowing strongly. We brought it in this past spring (May) and they supposedly fixed it to where the air would blow stronger. My wife drove the car throughout the summer and mainly just rolled the windows down, because the air still didnt really blow very strongly. Come September, we tried the heat, same issue-air just wasnt blowing out. I called ahead of time and advised regarding the whole situation. I asked if we will be charged and they said no, but they would have to look at it to know for sure. Also, I had to get a quote on my car, because this past weekend I brought my car into Costco and they ripped the bumper off when parking my vehicle after a tire rotation. I asked ahead of time if they could quote me on this. So, this Wednesday, my wife brings in the car and drops it off. Then, I get a call from the guys at Lee Myles in Lakewood to tell me the situation. I needed a new air filter. Not one time was I told that I needed a new air filter the past 2 times I brought the car in. He told me that these are 2 different systems. Well, Im not a car expert, but I dont care how many systems it is, I just wanted my air conditioning to work and if that involved changing the air filter, that should have been done up front. Now, keep in mind, I had already spent over $700, as they even charged me the 2nd time this was brought in after they supposedly "repaired" it. Also, he never called me before doing any work to confirm, then told me the total was $93 bucks! Goes against their practice and is an insult considering they messed up again! Are you kidding me?! For an air filter? He tried to charge me for having them look at their mistake and after arguing for about 10 minutes, he took the fee off for looking at the vehicle and made it $60.02. Then, my wife printed of a $10 off coupon to make it $50.02. To top it off, he told me I would have to take my car to an autobody shop to get an estimate, this is after he kept trying to convince my wife to get a used bumper and telling me up front they could give me a quote. Why would I want a used bumper when I wouldnt be paying for it, as it is an insurance claim? Moral of the story is that they suck money out of your pockets illegally. Ill be disputing the charges after I dig up the receipts from my previous repairs. Sad, but they definitely lost a customer. DISAPPOINTED BEYOND BELIEF.

Dont go here. I brought my car in knowing that the radiator had a leak and that it could have possibly destroyed the transmission, I told them this. So they told me the transmission was fine - I assumed they knew wtf they were talking about, you know, being a transmission shop. Paid them $1000 to replace the radiator - found out I over paid about $400-$500. So picked up my car, drove it about 20 miles and it broke down and I had it brought back telling them it isnt fixed. They then proceeded to charge me $150 to diagnose the problem, which why did I take it there and pay $1000 to have them fix my car if they did not fix it, and even more to charge me to diagnose what THEY missed. So great, found out my transmission was shot, I had suspected this and told them when I originally brought my car in because it is a common problem in my particular vehicle. They should have known this and they should have diagnosed it the first time. Fantastic, get my car back and drive it home, except yep, it breaks down again. Take it back only to find out they did not install the radiator correctly causing my car to overheat. So now I have taken my car back 3 times to find out they do not know how to repair a car. The cost of a transmission is more than the car is worth which is why I wanted to make sure it was broken or I would not have replaced the radiator after they convinced me the transmission was fine. Let me mention that "transmission" is in the name of this business. Last tidbit I would like to add the quote to replace the transmission was $5000+ sounds like a lot right? Thats because it is, I called several other transmission repair shops and was quoted at least $1500 less than what they quoted me, and this included a new radiator. So I paid this shop $1000 to do literally nothing, except cause my car to break even more and waste at least a day of my life. Honestly, I would never take a car here, they are not honest and dont know what they are doing. I hope that anybody who reads this does not decide to have their vehicle repaired here. Just google "transmission repair" with your zip code and so many better shops will show up. Have a wonderful day!

**Update: the engine noise that was diagnosed as not a problem/old caused my car engine to start knocking and stall out on the interstate. The Kia dealership says I now need a whole new engine. I had my wifes car taken in here for the brakes last year and they broke her radio and other electrical problems. They tried to fix it but it continued having problems. I thought Id give them a second chance on fixing other car since they were close by. I took my other car for an engine noise and they recommended about $700 of work on fluids and power steering (when the steering worked fine). And after doing some of the work it sounded WORSE. Both my wife and myself noticed the noise as different than it was previously and getting worse. I had the tech ride with me to hear it and he just said its because the car was old and didnt even attempt to fix it. After being recommended for extra work that didnt need to be done now (power steering), not fixing the main problem I wanted fixed (engine noise), and causing more electrical problems on my wifes old car. I would NOT recommend this place or go back to it. In reply to comment on my wifes note, "the damage has been done" the tech said there was no damage and acted surprised when I showed him what it was. If it was unfixable then we shouldve been told that and I couldve saved over $300 and added a few quarts of better Ams oil. If the transmission fluid was unrelated then we shouldve been told that, we only did that because it was your recommended advice to fix the engine noise.

I have been going to the Lee Myles in Lakewood for over 10 years. They have always given me exceptional service. Whenever there are issues with our cars, they let us know what is wrong and the priority of getting it fixed. They have never been pushy or had high pressure sales tactics. I have had them perform diagnostics on our vehicles, and most of the time if I have them fix it, they will waive the diagnostic fees. Michael is ASE certified and I trust having our vehicles in his hands. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with them coming back to me with a wrong diagnosis. We have 4 vehicles and we take them all here for oil changes and preventative maintenance, as well as any repairs that need to be performed. Their pricing has always been competitive or on the low side for the quality of work they perform. I have been a very satisfied and loyal customer for a long time and I plan on continuing to do so for years to come. Its hard to find a shop you can trust, I have found mine and I am not planning on going anywhere else. I highly recommend this shop for regular service and repairs!!!!
