My father had a stroke a year ago in Georgia and I live in Colorado. He now lives in Wisconsin with my older brother. We have to sell his house and my brother and I had to get all of his things and get them to me. A difficult task for anyone. U-pack made this a great experience. From the sales person, to the driver who dropped it off in Georgia, who called me to make sure that his placement was best for me, all the way to Mike. The driver who dropped my trailer off on a Friday at the end of his work day. Although I couldnt get him to help me unload it. Ha ha! He made it a fun experience. I had hoped to have my trailer before the weekend to unload, but it wasnt going to work out from their end. I was very disappointed. A while after I set up a time for the drop off, I received a call from ABF saying that by chance they would be able to deliver it that day. They did everything they could to make me happy and gave me a great experience. I like being taken care of and u-pack certainly did that. The price was flexible, the people were phenomenal, the experience was perfect. I will definitely use u-pack again and will highly recommend. Thank you for helping make a difficult process much more tolerable. Max Legge

Well done U-Pack. Trailer delivered and we had almost a week to pack including weekend. Very friendly drivers at both ends. Filled trailer to the brim both height and length. Hired separate crews to load and unload. An option of a rear tail lift might be good to offer as getting some of the heavy items in the trailer was a challenge. Although self drive rental truck would have been less expensive we would have hit the weight limit before the truck would have been full and even then, U-Pack trailer can fit so much more.

Flawless. From initial informational conversation for an estimate through the drop-off and pick-up of the Relocubes everything was perfect. My stuff also looked like it hadnt been touched when I opened the cube, nothing had fallen or shifted. ABF was great to work with, their employees being friendly and conscientious. Thank you for making a stressful situation -- as moving always -- is a LOT better!

My U-Pack experience was flawless. I packed my Relocube in Longmont, ABF picked it up, and exactly two weeks later it was delivered to my new residence in Honolulu, Hawaii. Everything inside the cube was exactly as I packed it. The people at ABF were friendly and accommodating...highly recommended!
