We used Alpine Movers recently, while the team who was physically moving our household goods were great, the experience overall was not. When we first received our quote, I had pointed out a couple of heavy items, including a small upright piano in the basement, to ensure Alpines team could handle. These items were included in the moving quote. When the team arrived on moving day they were not aware of these items, and were not able to move the piano due to lack of proper equipment. I will note, that Jordan and I were able to reach an agreement with the cost of hiring another company to move the piano. The last item would come on moving into our new home. I understand accidents occur, but while moving furniture into the new house there was a hole put in the wall in the stairs. The team lead apologized, took photos, and we reported the damage to Jordan. While agreeing he would come out and have the damage repaired, it has now been two weeks since weve moved and I have not heard from Alpine again. I will handle repairing the damage on my own, but do not feel it is acceptable business practice to damage customer property and not fix the issue. This should not be the practice of a professional/insured moving company.

Jordan and the crew at Alpine were SO easy to work with. The guys who did my move were in communication with me throughout the day so I would know exactly when to expect them. I was their 3rd move of the day, and aside from their excitement for my first floor apartment and 10 walk to the back of the truck, you wouldnt be able to tell! We had a monsoon and hail storm while the guys were packing the truck, they even were stuck taking shelter in the truck for about 5 minutes. This didnt slow them down at all. They packed the truck expertly and quickly. Never complaining and asking for direction or clarification as they went. As movers go, I wish I could hire Alpine for every move. Honestly, there was a small bump in the road, a learning experience for all of us. Jordan is professional and very quick to amend the situation - and not a huge deal. I was recommended to Alpine by my friends at Kings Auto. I trust both companies implicitly and wish they would have moved with me. I will miss them both and recommend Alpine for your moving needs!

This company was absolutely amazing! Moving from a house in Fort Collins, to a downtown highrise apartment in Dallas was quite a task. They were professional, friendly and had great attitudes, especially with issues that had come up once we got to Dallas and the apartment. They were very positive, ambitious, hard working, honest and trustworthy. Let me put it to you this way, I gave a $500.00 tip - they were worth every penny and more. Their quote was very reasonable, especially since they didnt tack on add ons just to box a TV. There were no surprises with price. I paid what I was quoted. The bigger companies had long contracts, add ons, and way too many surprises. Alpine Moving is highly recommended, I have already given there name to several people. You cant go wrong! :)

I was overly impressed with this moving company. We had to change our date twice and they were willing to work with us both times. Also, on the moving day, the movers were respectful, hard working, and professional. I have three kids under the age of 4, and the movers used clean language through the entire stressful process; which was a simple but much appreciated trait they exhibited around my kids. When the original quote for moving was given, it was the best price in Fort Collins. When our stuff didnt quite fit in the provided truck size, Jordan (the owner) cut us a great deal to get the rest of our stuff moved that same day. It was a smooth, less stressful move due to the help of this wonderful company! Everyone should use them in Northern Colorado!

Stressed out over a move. Sent in a few quote requests to movers in Fort Collins not only did Alpine respond quickly (it was after hours ) they were the least expensive. I set an appointment with ease of email: flash foward to moving day lee and Brendon show up on time and eager to move boy theses guys where cool. I gave them directions on what I wanted an met them back at my new address . These two guys hustle! My move was done across town in less than a hour and half. They put my things where I wanted them and even removed and put back on my bedroom door to put my couch in the bedroom. Awesome job guys I highly reccomond this service to anyone who wants a quick affordable stress free move! Thanks guys

Jordan and Seth were flexible with scheduling around my availability, and were very accommodating during the move. They assisted with padding and wrapping furniture before loading the truck, and also with rearranging furniture after unloading for the best fit in the new space. In addition, they were both personable and professional throughout the move process, and took great care with my furniture and appliances. Other moving companies have damaged several of my pieces during prior moves. Alpine brought everything over carefully and cleanly with no damage. Thanks for a great move, guys! Ive already recommended you several times, and wish you great success with your moving business.

I was really impressed with how quickly Jordan responded to my initial inquiry and questions (it took other companies days to reply). He came by to give us a free quote and was easy to schedule with. On the day of the move, everyone told me that the movers would never be on time or finish on time but the two guys from Alpine moving were on time (and even a few minutes early) and they finished exactly in the quoted amount of time. They were courteous with our belongings and even set up the bed frames (which everyone told me they wouldnt do). So needless to say, our move went smooth and all our friends were impressed when we told them how it worked out!

Alpine Moving Company did an excellent job with our move from SW Ft. Collins to the NE end of town. From the first appointment for the estimate up until moving day everyone was on time and very communicative. Even though the move took longer then originally estimated, they only charged us the original quoted hours for two trucks and even added a fourth mover to help at no extra charge. Devon and Alden did an amazing job in the 90 degree weather. They were professional, honest, trustworthy, extremely hard working and very gracious when we bought them lunch and tipped them. I would highly recommend using this company for any size move.

Alpine Moving Company have moved us twice. They loaded our 5000sq ft home into their truck and unloaded into a storage unit. We used them again to move our storage unit and load a truck that we drove out to Arizona. On both occasions they were right on time, courteous, personable and went out of their way to help with what ever we needed. We have some very nice furniture that my wife was very worried about getting damaged and we stressed this to them on both occasions. We were especially worried as we were embarking on a 16 hour drive to Casa Grande. There was not one scratch from either move. These guys were awesome.
