I reported to this company that our winter clothing was never unloaded into our home. Arnie said he would look at their surveillance video to detect any wrong doing and that he would report back to me either way. He never called back. We are 2 disabled people who hired this company in good faith. Somehow the 2 workers stole our winter clothing or somehow failed to unload it. We only noticed with the arrival of winter that our coats, hats, scarfs and gloves were missing. They do not care one iota. I will never use them again. My mistake for not double checking our clothing! So now we must spend a few hundred dollars for the winter. This company is in my opinion a rip off. Heres why. I tipped the two workers generously like a fool. Arnie in the beginning was very polite and genuine. When I reported the missing items he was also very polite and genuine. When he failed to call back for over a week, I called, and his tone was totally different. Rather indifferent. No longer polite, genuineness was gone. I sensed a guilty conscience. And he expressed a completely indifferent attitude. Almost like, why was I calling back. Never apologizing for not calling me back as he had promised. Beware of dealing with this company. They will tell you they have surveillance cameras. But they fail to admit that the workers can steal your items before they report back. Very bad and sad as well as costly experience. Shame on you Arnie! You lied to me by not calling back and you treated me completely differently when I called you back. You are a fraud.

Two Men and A Truck went above and beyond our expectations recently when we hired them to move the contents of a rental apartment where the occupant was being evicted under a court ruling. As owners, we were concerned about complying with the ruling, working productively with sheriff deputies on site, and being respectful of the evicted person’s belongings. The Two-Men-and-a-Truck movers were most professional and efficient. They kept to the task, asked questions when appropriate, and never complained, even though the trashed apartment presented major challenges in even finding the occupants’ personal belongings and moving them out. I had called a number of movers before deciding on Two Men and A Truck, and their rates are competitive. As important to me, I believe I got very high quality service!

We used Two Men and a Truck to move us from Pueblo (Belmont) to Pueblo West. Our movers, Chris and Alex, were fantastic! They were on time and very efficient with the loading and unloading process. They were very careful with our boxes and furniture and would even ask periodically if I had any questions or concerns up to that point. Nothing was damaged or broken. They took a lot of care not to knick walls and doorways as well. They also seemed to truly enjoy their job, which made the day a lot less stressful. They arrived at 8:30 and had everything loaded and unloaded around 1:15. We could not have asked for a better moving experience!!!

These guys did an excellent job! What stood out for me was the 3 way communication. I gave instruction, they repeated instruction back to me to ensure perfect understanding and I confirmed. They were very thorough, fast, yet careful with my belongings. Excellent manners to me as the customer. I also appreciated that every cost or extra thing I requested was thoroughly explained to me prior to the action so that I had zero surprises when all was said and done. A++ for them both as well as for the person who arranged the details when I initially called. :)

We hired these folks to help us move into our new house and they did a great job for an affordable price. They were very careful with the things we told them were fragile, understanding about the valuables we insisted on moving ourselves, and when something was found to be damaged Mike was on top of getting it taken care of. Would definitely recommend these guys.

the dispatcher and crew, TJ and Brenden were great! They called when they were on their way, arrived on time, were fast, efficient, and very courteous, they were careful to make sure they moved all the items we wanted to move. (limited move to storage) We will definitely call when we are ready to do the final moveout!
