Most annoying/overpriced mover Ive ever seen in my life. From the beginning, he was annoyingly asking me to write a full inventory. So i did. Then he asked me to describe the staircase. How about youll see it when you get there? Brought 2 guys with him and yet taking all the time in the world just to load. Saw one guy coming out with only 1 dining chair. After the stare, he started moving 2 chairs at a time. Saw that boldy guy carrying my cloth chair upside down resting directly on his sweaty bold head. What am i supposed to do? Rip off the cloth, wash it, and sew it back on? But the most bizarre/shocking thing was that they took off with the truck to get lunch instead of moving with us!?! Isnt it a common sense that movers truck follows homeowner to their new house? Its our lives in that truck, and they just disappear out of our sight! Who are these people giving 5 star reviews, families and friends? I dont get it. Will never ever ever pick any business just by looking at the reviews again.

Used Andrew to move my furniture out of a storeroom to my home and was very impressed. I was reading thru some of the reviews and noticed one review that really was one of the most negative ones Ive read on Google. When I see a review like that the first thing that comes to mind is "what a jerk". Some people are impossible to please...I was in customer service for years and this is someone that has a real problem, especially ones that wont identify themselves. That being said I blew that review off and went with all the good ones: they were correct, great service and very nice people. Ive moved quite a few times in the past and the move went very well. They were super careful, had everything protected and always asked where to put an item if they werent sure. Ill be moving some more things later on in the year and will definitely use Mustard Seed again!

The owners response is at best shaded to support his view. He posts contents of emails using the word "tentative", but neglects to mention the last correspondence from me the day before the scheduled moving time was this: "NOTE: I need to complete the move and be back to the house by 3pm for a meeting. If we start by 1pm, this should not be a problem." Either he did not read the final correspondence from me the day before the "tentatively" scheduled appointment time, or he chose to ignore my message. If there were any question whether we would be able to "start by 1pm" as I requested, the professional thing to do would have been to notify me and allow me to reschedule the appointment... as I gladly would have done. Now... its over. :-)

Andrew was very open with us from the get go. We were moving on leap day and met with him earlier at his warehouse to pick up some boxes for pre-packing. My wife and I had many moves with the Diplomatic Service and wanted to get as much done as possible before move day. On move day Andrew arrived with two able movers and got cracking. It took four hours to load all our stuff and then three hours to get to our new home. After unloading everything and helping to set up beds, etc it was already 3PM and they had the return drive ahead of them. Andrew and his crew worked not just hard, but smart and got the move done smoothly with no breakage or injuries. I hate moving, but Mustard Seed made this move much more pleasant than I expected.

Andrew and his team helped move my family into a new home on February 1st. So, this review falls into the better late than never category. He and the gentleman helping him had excellent communication skills and were extremely efficient movers. They got the job done safely and promptly. I cant recommend them highly enough. I was on the edge of choosing another moderately rated mover that would have better suited my budget, but I made the right decision to spend a little more for Mustard Seed. This company exemplifies small business with a conscience. Im happy to have supported their business and Im thankful that they do what they do. Thanks guys!

I found Mustard Seed Moving through a recommendation from a friend. I got in touch with Andrew and he was more than happy to take on my complicated move. His moving team did an AMAZING job wrapping things up so that nothing would get damaged and not a single item they moved was damaged. Not even a ding! Andrew and his team are real moving professionals and really nice people. I enjoyed talking with them during the day. We had Mustard Seed Movers move us on a Friday. Andrew, the owner, texted when on the way and then again that it would be sooner as traffic was light. We moved from a storage unit and also an apartment. Andrew, Lamar, Phillip and Zach worked as a well-oiled machine and they were done so much earlier than expected. They were so cautious with our things. They were polite, kind and enjoyable. We would recommend them and will use them again in the future. Guys, you did an awesome job!

Moving done intelligently by fast moving, fit, careful people. Owner demonstrated knowledge of how to move table saws (dont use the rails, will take out of true), marble table tops (hold vertically like glass) and great care when moving furniture as a team down stairs and around corners. His team combines expertise with a Marvel Avengers level banter that makes moving fun. My father, a veteran of 14 moves, said Andrew and his team were head and shoulders the best movers hed ever seen.

Andrew and his crew have moved me twice, both times with expert attention. Every fragile item is carefully wrapped and protected. They are always on time and do an expert job of packing and unpacking. Today, he moved me in the morning and lost a job in the afternoon because it took longer than anticipated. I underestimated how much I had to move. The other customer rated Andrew poorly but it was my fault, not Andrews. I will use Andrew for all my future moving jobs.
