I had the most amazing moving experience with Hart Moving. I had Jeremy come by and give me an estimate on moving our belongings. As soon as we found out our closing date I called and scheduled our move. Hart was very accommodating!! I received a ca ll before our move confirming when Harts men would be there. The day of the move Rudy-the head man called me to let me know what time they would be there. To my surprise they were early!! Rudy went through the house with me confirming his notes and the things that I had gone over with Jeremy. He verified how long it would take....in fact he said they would probably be running early on the time! Which was very important because I wanted to have things moved and set up before my children got home from school! They guys promptly start laying down covering for the floors, walls and wrapping my furniture. They took great care with all my belongings. Soon after they began a quality control person came by to make sure things were exceeding my expectations! Later on in the move I also had a call from Jeremy to make sure things were going well. I was so please because Rudy, Israel, Juan and John were all were very polite, professional and ahead of schedule. I was also please to learn that Rudy had received several awards which I appreciated having a "expert" mover on the job! Wow what piece of mind!! The guys finished ahead of schedule and saved me a little extra money! I can not say enough good things about Hart Moving!!! I have recommended them to everyone I know and will use them again. I so appreciate the follow up call in the weeks following my move. Its such a great feeling when Hart Moving takes such pride in making sure you get GREAT customer service! A big THANK YOU to Jeremy, Rudy and his team and to Hart Moving for making our move a great experience!!!

Our company and entire staff was very impressed with our experience with Hart Moving. They were professional and courteous and took great care of all our equipment and furniture. We called to get a bid and their prices were more affordable than the other moving companies and they offered more services. They exceeded my expectations and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They checked on us several times before the move to see if there was anything we needed. They checked on even after the move. I have delt with several moving companies over the last several years but this was is definatley the best. I have recommended them to several of my friends and family and I havent been disappointed. I will call them again the next time I need a moving company. I also use their storage facility for our old records as well - If I need any old files, they always know where everything is and I get the files delivered to me in a very timely manner.

We were told furniture was in the warehouse ready to be delivered. We were told we would be called many times in reference to delivery. Our phone calls were never returned. In addition, we found out from the company who shipped the furniture, it was not even in the warehouse, but actually still in another city. ONce the furniture arrived in Lubbock, we were told by a Hart rep it would be delivered at a certain time on a certain day. IT WAS NOT! In addition, no one would return our phone calls. We even left messages on the owners voice mail as well as several messages with his receptionist. No one returned our calls. The furniture was suppose to be delievered twice and it wasnt. It finally made it on the third delivery after the original company it was ordered from call them and got on their case. This company is bad news. Find another mover or storage company.

I cant say enough good things about Hart moving. Jeremy came to the house and sat down with me and gave me a very detailed but easy to understand estimate and moving options. The office staff called me the day before to reconfirm and to make sure everything was a go. The moving crew then called the very next morning and let me know they were on their way. The crew was professional, polite, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home. They went far and above to meet our needs and made our move very smooth and hassle free. Hart moving has an awesome staff. If you are moving give Hart a call, you wont be disappointed.

We could not be more pleased with our moving experience with Hart Moving and Storage. Jeremy told us what to expect, how to prepare, and gave a competitive, not-to-exceed estimate. The packers worked quickly, taking special care with fine breakables. The moving crew were efficient, cheerful and more than accommodating. The folks at Hart Moving & Storage made my move a stress-free experience. They were super friendly throughout the entire process, and the actual move was quick and thorough. Perhaps the most impressive part of the move was they managed to get my large, three-sided desk up a narrow spiral staircase. I rarely leave reviews on anything, but my experience with Hart Moving & Storage was so positive, and the value of their service so great, that I felt compelled to share.

I was completely disappointed with how my move went. They disassembled furniture to the individual screw level and used a pry bar throughout the disassembly. Once it was unloaded off the truck they refused to reassemble; per the contract. We had pictures where the glass was shattered and the photos underneath were ruined. I cannot stress enough to consider all options before choosing Hart Moving and Storage, you will appreciate it later.

My moving experience with Hart moving and storage was excellent. These guys moved my furniture with ease and smooth movement .This is the company I want to move my furniture anywhere. Then what surprised me afterwards. They pulled out a vacuum and vacuumed the carpet. They made sure everything was in order and cleaned when they finished. WAY TO GO HART!!!! I called Jeremy with Hart because I was moving and needed boxes for the move. He took the time out of his day to bring them to me personally. I was shocked at the level of customer service him and his company provided for me, and I just bought boxes.
