We had an extremely heavy treadmill we needed transported from one house to another. I called to get just a general verbal quote with the front office & I told them I would call them back to confirm a time. I called a few days later and after getting through a detailed report and invoice together, the total estimated cost was slightly higher than the verbal quote I was given a few days earlier. I just mentioned that it was higher than the verbal I was given previously & didnt think anything of it & was still going to still schedule. I was immediately put on a brief hold and then told they would honor the verbal quote I was previously given! The movers who arrived at the first stop were timely & extremely friendly. They were kind enough to take apart the treadmill to ensure none of the walls were damaged as they moved it out the front door. I have seen other companies who just do the absolute minimum to get it out the door, but this was not the case. I was extremely impressed they were even able to take it apart! About halfway through the move - I received a call from customer service, just to "check in" and ensure I was receiving outstanding service & to see if we needed additional assistance or had any questions! We were the last move of the day for the movers who arrived at our house slightly before 5 on a Friday. Still, even after what I’m sure was a long day, both gentlemen were professional & so friendly. They were able to quickly get the treadmill up a flight of stairs, in perfect condition, reassemble it & have it up and running in no time. And to top it all of…..The final bill ended up being slightly lower than what we expected! This company is truly dedicated to Customer Service. We will definitely be using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for ALL of our future moving needs. If you are looking for a company who is truly doing it RIGHT, this is it!

My Two Men and a Truck experience couldnt have been better--from my phone conversations with Elizabeth in the San Antonio office, whose calm reassurances kept me on an even keel; to my 2-man team (Cleveland and Ruben) who showed up promptly on the morning of my move, gave meticulous care and attention to every item going into the truck, and then drove 5 hours thru heavy, interstate road construction to get to my new front door, where they unloaded the truck that same day in 100 degree heat... and, despite the renovation chaos taking place inside my home! Thank you, thank you, Two Men and a Truck for your steady, reliable, service, your great attitude, and your caring, thoughtful professionalism. Needless to say, I couldnt be more pleased and would happily recommend to others!

We used Two Men and a Truck SA to move my mothers stuff into storage as she is downsizing to a long term care home. We were very impressed by the efficiency and attitude of the team (Cleveland in lead, Christian and Josuah). They were friendly, professional, and effective and open to our suggestions (e.g., move truck to use elevator versus use stairs after we discovered an elevator in the storage center). We are using them again to move Mom into the long term care home - I guess thats the best reference. The team in the office kept us fully informed and we felt we got great value for the money spent - saved backs! UPDATE - used a second time to complete move to a nursing home for my mom and the move went very well. Still 5 star.

Not only was the price really reasonable, the young men who packed our belongings treated them as if the belongings were their own. They took exceptional care with our items to ensure nothing was broken and maximized the number of items per box to minimize materials usage to save us money. The next days move was effortless since the same young men who packed us up also moved us. They knew what went where and were able to fit even more than we had originally planned for them to move in the truck. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Two Men and a Truck are amazing. Our move went smoothly. They arrived early, which is great. Once they got there they hustled to get things loaded and get to the new house. The three guys that moved us were very nice guys and respected our stuff, some companies could careless. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving! The price was fair and I appreciated NOT being charged a truck and equipment fee on top of the hourly rate. Excellent service!! The two men were professional and did a very complete job in ensuring my furniture was wrapped and protected. They arrived on time and went straight to work. I moved from Tara Vista Apts.located by Sea World to Cibolo,Texas and This company is GREAT!! NO Issues! From Start to Finish they were Very Careful & Very Helpful. Had a team of three move my heavy furniture today. Initial quote was 4.5 hours. The job took two hours exactly (including driving time) and all employees were very efficient and professional. Could not be happier with this service and will definitely be calling them next time I need to move.

This company is horrible. I would not trust my belongings with them. Also, if any person in your family has ever had a run in with the law, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are absolutely degrading to anyone that has made mistakes. HORRIBLE!
