What luck!We were driving down Grissom road in San Antonio, Texas after spending 4 hours of our Sunday afternoon helping our Mom move. It was an unpleasant 4 hours, full of tension and disorganized activity. Unfortunately it wasnt over. On Grissom road, I saw a College Hunks truck in a parking lot. Filed it away in my mind as we drove home. As the week progressed, we knew Moms lease was up and the rest of the moving had to commence. My husband said hed rather hire movers that go through another round of that stress. I called College Hunks and was connected to Andre in the call center. To say it was a pleasant phone call is too simple. Andre had this charisma and charm that made it more of a conversation than inquiry. I was happy with the no down payment or fee to reschedule and confidently booked a moving appointment (I was only 50% certain on the date I chose because were talking about my mom after all).A day later, I got a call from the local College Hunks office and talked with Jill. She was friendly and not transactional. She heard my story, or rather me venting, about the moving situation. She even offered details from her own life to validate what we were going through. With no problems whatsoever we rescheduled the move date. My husband at this point was not involved in the story, other than to authorize the expense, ha ha. I was really impressed with the experience so I told him about it. He looked up the company online and watched some video of the founders. I came into the room and he showed it to me, I said, "No way! Exactly how the founders are laying out the vision and mission of the company is EXACTLY how I would describe my interface with the call center and local shop!" Keep in mind the move date hadnt happened, yet. Then comes the move date. We were kept informed of the arrival at all times, not to mention we had flexible payment options. As this was our contribution to Moms moving, we prepaid. For the two hours we hired the Hunks, we moved a 2 bedroom apartment into a storage garage and one bedroom apartment within the same complex. The Hunks themselves were organized and patient, they did not offer unsolicited advice and they were respectful amongst themselves (you know how sometimes you witness co-worker tiffs? never happened!) We are really impressed with this company and hope to use them again. I wish them every success because more people should have the pleasure of a less stress move! - Casey

I saw a College Hunks truck driving near my area. I went online and found their website easily. The website is very well laid out and you can get a quote and schedule a service easily. I elected to call to get more information. The scheduler was very informative walking me through exactly what the service was, how they determined price, and what I should expect. They called the evening before to follow up and make sure everything was in order for the next morning.The "hunks" worked hard and took care of my property. They were courteous and did a great job cleaning everything up. My only complaint is that when I called in there was a lot of background noise. It sounded like a busy office or call center and at times it was difficult to hear. Everything else was perfect.

AWESOME. the two movers were completely efficient, friendly, hard working, and honest individuals. they did so much work and made the move very easy! they organized my storage facility incredibly well and took great care of my items. i have never used a moving company before and feel blessed i found these guys and this great company. this is a company that meets and exceeds expectations. superb value for the price - i was in a one bedroom apt with not too many big items (mattress, sofa, table, dresser/shelve units), so they were able to finish right at 2 hours, and this was coming from a 3rd floor apt, and i was late meeting them at storage. this was an awesome service experience and i look forward to their service again.

Moreno and crew were awesome! They had really great energy, friendly and helpful! My move from San Antonio to Austin was effiecient, delightful, and economical! My move was scheduled during Hurricane Harvey and College Hunks were consistently in touch to let me know action plan and to set up a plan b. My move was rescheduled to a different day; they even called the day before to say they had availability that day to move if I wanted. I truly appreciate College Hunks for the smooth transition, great communication, and friendly staff. Ive relocated several times for work and used other movers before, but moving forward I will only use College Hunks. Theyve set the bar pretty high.

Would never recommend this company for moving. The employees are completely inexperienced and careless resulting in my property being damaged. Owners refuse to accept responsibility and pay for damages that their employees caused in my home. My things were literally thrown into boxes. Also it took 6 people from this company 37 hours to pack a 1700 square foot single story home.

I made an appointment on-line fir the next business day and they called to confirm within half an hour. The guys (James & Juan) called when they were on their way and arrived within the agreed time slot. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. They even agreed to pick up a chair that had been dumped by someone along the road. Highly recommend.

As a retired military service member who has made numerous moves, this was the BEST moving experience we have ever had. These guys were hard working machines, they did not stand around trying to milk time, they continuously worked. They were very professional and careful with our furniture and belongings.

Wow! So painless! Everyone was so friendly in the office when I set up the appointment. Justin and Juan were FANTASTIC! They were friendly and professional throughout the whole move. They treated all of my belongings with such care! Definitely will recommend and use again.

I didnt have to do anything except to tell them what I wanted hauled away. The guys were very professional and did the work in a timely manner. Anything they moved they put back before the left. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend College Hunks to everyone.
