If I could give less than one star I would. I had to move in a pinch and Lone Star Movers were the only crew available. The two man crew they sent out seemed inexperienced and unconcerned. After they showed up late without notice or a call, they were very rough with all my furniture, including my antiques. They also took a very long time to load the truck. After I had been billed WAY more than I had anticipated, I tried to contact Lone Star Movers for an itemized list of charges (which I still have yet to receive). I cant find an email contact for them anywhere and their phone lines are always busy. Communication with these movers is close to nonexistent. Do not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Using u haul is better than this company. STAY AWAY!!! They have right to break anything, any piece of your stuff however YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO GET MONEY BACK from the company for your damaged and broken items. (Only could get back .64 cents for each pound :) which makes no sense, right?) You buy your TV for 700 bucks and they can damage it but you`ll receive 20 pounds x .64 = $12.8 THIS IS AMAZING (!), right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not take your chances with this moving company; they use multiple names so it is deceiving who you are dealing with. I wish I had read the older reviews about this company. The seller of the furniture I bought took off work to meet us. The movers never showed up to move my items. I tried to call and they would not answer their phone. It is now 6pm; they were suppose to move me at 2pm and I have never received a call, explanation, text, email. This is a very, very poor business.

They screwed me!!! I made an appointment and they said they would be there. When it got close to the latest quoted time, i called and they said they were running late. An hour later i call again no answer! Another hour later still no answer or call back! Now... im screwed and all my stuff is sitting in my yard and garage and its almost 5! Terrible way to do business! So called companies like this should be shut down! Be advised, dont call this company!

We hired Lone Star Moving Company to move us from our 4 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom house local move. The movers arrived on time. They moved my husbands gun safe which is huge, with ease. The moving crew was courteous and polite. I highly recommend this moving company to anyone seeking movers in San Antonio, Texas.

No call/no show. I took the day off so I could move, had my whole house disassembled, and they never even showed up. Didnt even have the courtesy to answer the phone or call me back. Went with 3 Men movers instead, who showed up an hour after I frantically called and had me all moved out in two hours flat.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! !! they send inexperienced movers who brake and damage more than half of belongings, then when trying to file a claim for damaged property, they conveniently are not there and never answer the phone.

Alex lied to get my business. He sent two movers when he committed to sending three. This increased the time for the project and they charge by the hour. Buyer beware.
