We moved from San Antonio to Ohio and decided to ship our household goods for the first time. First off, requesting for Relocube quotes with U-Pack and scheduling a pick up and drop off time was extremely user friendly. The staff was very friendly and professional at both the origin and destination ABF locations as well. During the transportation process, I would receive updates via the U-Pack link that was texted to my phone. I was surprised how short of a time it took our two Relocubes reached our destination. The ABF drivers who picked up and dropped off the Relocubes were very friendly and professional as well. They were able to work with me on placing the Relocubes at my San Antonio apartment and at my new one. It made it easy for my neighbors to drive around the Relocubes with ease. I am extremely satisfied with my whole experience.
