I called Careful Movers in dire need a few weeks ago.. This was after already hiring another company that assisted me that same weekend. The initial company bid me a 2 man job and then showed up with only 1 that could really handle the heavy lifting. When they saw the furniture that needed to be moved, they proposed a 3 man crew to knock out the work. This unexpectedly changed the rate from what I was originally quoted because they were stretched thin and did not send a team that could handle the work. After paying more for an extra person, they still failed to finish the work by the end of the evening and left me with items they knew I couldnt fit in my car to get to my new apt. Additionally, when moving in they just put things wherever which boxes were mostly on my patio exposed to rain - and it was expected to rain. I was left after midnight trying to move things myself that might get water damage on the patio. I was under a deadline to be out of my apt. Despite the issues, I called the same company back the next day to pay them to come back and finish the work and they would not answer or return my call. I called Careful Movers by finding their flyer at my apt complex. The woman that answered the phone was so very sweet and helpful. When I explained my situation, she assured me she could find me some help the same day. Within a few hours she had Edward and Jaysun out to save the day. I am so appreciative for their assistance, and diligent and hard work. They not only worked well and very efficiently, their great attitudes and upbeat personalities were a plus - they assured me they would handle things and reduced my stress level almost instantly. Many thank yous to Careful Movers for being able to get me help so quickly, for having a reliable and caring team, and not gouging me on pricing. Thank you to Edward and Jaysun for all of their hard work, the many trips up and down the stairs, and for going above and beyond to let me know they had my back! My one regret was that I didnt call Careful Movers 1st despite my gut instinct - but rather I gave business to a newer company I had a history with that had already proven to be sub-par (nothing personal against that crew - the management is the issue). Thank you ALL again!

Absolutely the best there is from Ms Gloria (scheduling) to David (estimator), Brandi (dispatcher) to the movers (Carlos, Calving and Juan). My wife and I were selling our home and researched several local movers and didnt get a good gut feeling about the others until we called Careful Movers and got Ms Gloria on the phone. She provided great information leading to scheduling David to come out and walk our home and give us an estimate of time and cost. We were moving into an apartment with some of out belonging going into storage. This was a two day move and it couldnt have gone any better. When we complete the build of our new home, we will be calling not only on Careful Movers but on Carlos, Calvin and Juan. I hope Ms Gloria, David and Brandi are still around as well. We tipped all the movers and they seemed shocked that we would do that. We bought lunch for the guys and again they were very appreciative. Everyone were a pleasure to work with. One more thing, our son was due to come home the following day and the movers not only set up his room but made his bed and put his things away. They completely set up all the beds and everything we asked them to do. This is a great company and surely call on them again. I dont normally write reviews but these guys are just that great that I had to. Enjoy.

My mom needed to move to the next level of care in her retirement community. I was in Montana and she was in San Antonio. The retirement community gave me two names, one of which was Careful Movers. I was a little put off when I had to leave a message and waited quite a while for someone to call me back. However, when Anna called, she was very helpful and made things super easy. I scheduled the appointment from Montana and had to just hope that they were everything they said they were. The appointment time was between 8 and 9 am, but Chris called me as they were headed over to my momss place about 7:40. Edward and Chris were absolutely wonderful! They put up with my brothers and my goofy (and sometimes inappropriate) banter and kept working, while remaining very polite, friendly and kind to us. They packed everything very well, listened and went with the flow when we changed our minds about things that were to be moved or stowed. I will hire them again in a minute! Friendly, professional and a fabulous experience during a very trying time for me and my family. Thanks, Careful Movers!

I found these guys online I had never heard of them before but they had a decent rate and I thought why not give them a try. I am happy to say I am 100% satisfied!! They showed up on time were courteous got right to work. They had my one bedroom apartment loaded and unloaded which included a drive from the North East side of town to the NW side of town in 3 hours Which was not bad since the unloading had to go to a second floor. The most important thing though they didnt damage a single thing and set up my entire bedroom set including putting the bed together and hooked up my washer and dryer. So I highly recommend these guys. There might be cheaper movers out there (there really arent that many cheaper than them) but then again you get what you pay for if you go with the other guys. So if you need movers who show up on time move your stuff fast without breaking it go with Careful Movers. They are Fantastic!!

I am a leasing professional at The View at Westover Hills. I refer all of my clients to Careful Movers because I want the very best for my future residents experience. I have personally used this company for the following reasons. From the beginning it was easy to get a quote over the phone and I was pleased and reassured to know that I was not going to receive hidden fees. On move in day I was prompted with a phone call and got to meet the movers Greg and Edward. They were professional, friendly, humble, quick, organized and prompt to make my move-in day transition a breeze! There are many competitors in the moving industry but I would urge anyone not to spend their money elsewhere but Careful Movers! I am happy to know this company genuinely cares for their clientele and happy to know the money I saved as opposed to spending more money with another company.

I cant say enough good things about this company! When another moving company let me down, Careful Movers came to the rescue and helped me to move, not once but twice within a 3 month period! These guys are awesome and really do take care when moving your belongings. If I move again in the future, I will definitely use them again. I give them a definite 5 star rating. Their staff are professional and pleasant to work with. I have referred them to at least 2 other people thus far and have no reservations about referring them to more folks. I would like to say a special thank you to George, Edward, and Phillip for helping to make my moves such a pleasant experience.
