Lets cut to the chase, these movers are not honorable people. I had 2 young gentleman named Dez and Darren show up to help move my heavy items.Darren had also brought along his girlfriend who sat in the truck for the two hours we had them. Upon completion my boyfriend and I decided to tip them in cash because they mentioned the company gets a percentage of their tip and we figured for the hard work they put in they deserved to have the whole tip. About an hour after they left my boyfriend noticed his credit card was missing and minutes later got a call for several transactions done on the credit card at North Star mall, clearly fraudulent charges. Immediately I went to look for my credit card and sure enough mine was missing too!!! I called the company to cancel the card but damage was already done. I had several transactions on my credit card as well, all at North Star mall for the same stores my boyfriend got charged for too. Coincidence? I think not! All transactions were time stamp right after our movers left. Next morning I immediately contacted the company to let them know of what happen. I asked to speak to a manager the gentleman Eric claimed to be the manager. I expressed the situation, he claimed he had to get with the general manager in order to handle the situation. After about 30 mins Eric called back and claimed that the general manager needed us to file a police report in order to move forward, Eric then disclosed to me that Darren is actually on the verge of being terminated and they have had a situation in the past with an employee that was using the company fuel charge card to fill up his friends vehicles in exchange for cash and ultimately the police were contacted and arrested the employee. At that point I asked if the associates are allowed to bring spouses on the job, he claimed that no that was not allowed. I then informed him that Darren had brought his girlfriend to the job site, which didnt seem to surprise him. I filed the police report and contacted Eric back with the number and clearly he did not know what the next course of action was, for being a "manager" you should know exactly how to handle a situation such as this. I will be pressing charges and I want my money back. I have lost all trust in this company that claims to do background checks on their associates.Moving is a stressful time as it is, and the last thing you want is to wake up to deal with something like this. I am in shock how this company has no idea how to handle the situation or the fact that these people you allow to come into your home to help can do such a horrible thing. Update: After calling multiple times this morning (during business hours) from my cell and getting automatically forwarded to voicemail I then attempted my work number which at that point Eric was able to answer immediately. I asked about an update on the situation at hand he then informed me that the police contacted them and they were more than happy to comply with the officer and answering any questions they had. I also asked if they had questioned Dez and Darren about the situation and he responded that he in fact did speak with them and both denied the whole thing. It was also brought to my attention that Eric had seen my review that I have posted above and asked if I could remove the review because there was no "evidence" to indicate his movers did anything and that as a company they strive for best customer service. I appreciate him complying with the police and questioning the associates however I still firmly believe that if giving the best customer service is what you strive for then at this moment please focus on this customer (me) and not your reviews. Regardless this issue needs to be known to the public. I then informed him I will not take down my review but I will update accordingly as we continue to deal with the issue at hand.

Unprofessional, disrespectful and inefficient. I would give 0 stars if I could. Two men arrived at my home took 8 hours to load 2/3 of my home and had A LOT of space to spare (see attached pictures, one with as soon as the truck was open, the other after the dollies and a bed frame was removed). When I instead there was room for other things such as children toys and odd shaped items one of the gentlemen continued to tell me, "this is my job, I got you, I am doing this for you". They hit on my teenage cousin and asked her for her phone number, I had to call a neighbor to be with her until I arrived from work because she did not feel comfortable. Once they arrived at my new home they took a chunk out of my front door with my refrigerator. I understand these things happen, but they lost pieces to my furniture did not put everything together that they had taken apart, arrived with none of the correct tool and proceeded to use force to make things fit together again. Towards the end of the move I am home with my 4 children under the age of 6 and it is 8 oclock. I asked them to prioritize the crib so I could put my screaming toddler to sleep and they told me they were busy with something else. By the time it was completed they had put it in backwards and incorrectly, and had taken a bolt from my sons bed because they had lost one from the crib. So now my sons bed was missing a bolt, I am holding a screaming 2 year old and it is 8:45pm. One of the men raised his voice at my children and me to tell me that we were in the way (in MY home!). Upon (no where near) completion they were leaving and we were settling the bill. The "lead" mover told me from 1:00pm-9:00 pm was 9 hours of charge, and I corrected him. He them proceeded to yell at me and told me he was going to call the police since I was refusing to pay. He then DID call the police and got in his truck and left. He not only left, he drove away without his partner! He left his partner at my home! He then called his company and told them to charge me. The police were at my home a while later and he was no where to be found. I explained to them the situation and they were shocked. This is the absolute worst service and experience I have ever had while moving!! The management is no more helpful or constructive in resolve this situation either, they offered me a credit of 1.25 hours off of another team returning get the remainder of my things that should have already been moved!! If you care about your home, possessions, safety and respect stay as far away from these guys as possible. -side note after looking into the company more, Blake (the "lead" mover) was a brand new employee! There clearly needs to be more thorough employee training and customer relation training for new employees.

I had looked these movers up on my phone. The first time they moved me,I give them an 9.I had a African and Mexican guy move me from here, they were great. The second time is where the trouble can in at.They sent two African guys that were not together or professional. I had two tablets broken plus a Lg 3 cell phone broken in my Nike shoe box.One of them stepped on the box and did not tell me they cracked my three items. Also,my washer machine tray broke off with the handling of these two guys. They broke the door way in which the machine entered.Last I had two bunk beds these two idiots tried to force the beds in the door and knew damn well the beds were suppose to be broke down. The two guys did not use good judgment had they used it they would have known two beds could not fit in the small room.I had another room bigger then the one the idiots used. These fools stacked the beds together but did not use the sticks in which holds the beds together. My oldest son got on his bed and the top bed fall off with him on it.It was very dangerous and not professional at all.I have never in the years I have been on earth dealt with mess like that.My child on the top bed fall hard with the bed and could have injured himself. One of the movers went upstairs and said," We could not find what holds them up."Why would you stack a bed in the first place if nothing is holding it is my question?I am still very upset with the damages and the endangerment they put my children. When everything was said and done one of the movers said,"Well we have done enough damages for tonight." That bunk bed that my son fall down with cracked the wood bad.I feel it was better the bed then my oldest son. They were suppose to hook up the washer machine.I tried to wash clothes and water was all on the carpet. My property plus my townhome property have good amount of damages. When I had called to speak to someone about the damages the movers caused," He was like okay."What do you want me to do?"The apple do not fall to far from the tree.He was not professional about it.He did not give a damn completely.I am telling you call any mover company there is but this one. They are not professional,do not use good judgment and could careless about your things. They are all about the money care less young man. I also, experience stolen items from this company. My sons skateboard I bought came up missing. They damaged a lot of my properties as well. They were very smart to cover up were I didnt notice the damages until unpacking my things. This company is a monster for real, these people on this review are not lying. This company never even replaced my items that were damaged by their Beavis and Butt-Head workers. m late posting because it all happened in Dec of 2015.
