The guys that moved us were: Brock A, Eric M, and Austin B. Scheduling etc: First off, this company, and these movers were AMAZING. The first great thing was their flexibility of schedule. Another moving company messed up my moving date and cancelled on me, so I was left in a bit of a bind. I spoke with Austin on the phone and he was able to quickly get me scheduled (on a weekend no less!) for our move. The next great thing was their CONFIRMATION of the date, time, and addresses. This was so wonderful. If my memory serves me well, I believe it was a week before, the day before, and then the day of--right before they arrived. I havent had another company be that thorough, and I have moved a lot. Rates and Work Ethic: Their rates are wonderful, especially since they are so friendly and so helpful on top of the excellent moving service they provide. These men were all very professional, efficient, and careful with all furniture etc. **Even my husband was impressed, which is hard to do! They moved all of our boxes to the correct rooms for me, and were careful to ask and then arrange the furniture in the rooms as we wanted them. (SO nice to not have to do it ourselves). They even put padding on the entrance door frame to protect it and the furniture from possible damage. Overall: I couldnt possibly speak higher about a company. I would definitely recommend this company and any of their movers/locations to friends, family, and anyone on the street asking. They for sure won our business over from any other company. Will will for sure always be our go-to company for moving! Austin, Brock, and Eric: Thank you again, guys, for all of your help today! We couldnt have asked for a better experience! HORRIBLE!!! These guys came over and gave me a quote, then scheduled a date for their San Angelo office to assist with our move. They showed up at my door a month earlier than scheduled-they had recorded the incorrect date for the move. When I called to try to reschedule, I was told that they had no record of even speaking to me about a move. They were going to have their manager take a look at it and call me back-they never called me back. I called back a few days later and asked them if we could work something else out because I clearly still needed to move, and was informed that it was too late for them to fit me in. After that, their San Angelo office called me and said they would try to work something out-I never did hear back from them. I then had to go through the embarrassing process of trying to find another moving company at the last minute (which was impossible), so now we are moving ourselves with a U-Haul. They are very disorganized and unable or unwilling to fix their mistakes. Save yourself the trouble and use another company-there are several great ones to choose from.

I used this company before and it was great, but now its like no longer Little Guy Movers, its big stuffy company movers. I set up an appointment to have my office moved recently. Its just a one room office and when I originally talked to them I gave them an inventory of the major pieces that needed to be moved. Then, I get a call back early in the morning the next day and its like, have I verified the list of stuff to be moved? Well, yeah, but of course there are some small items like a personal frig and a few other things not listed. Not any big deal but suddenly they were going to have to have someone come out and list everything, and frankly I was busy. It suddenly got to be a real pain to deal with these guys. In the end I told them never mind and I found someone that I had used before. Seriously about a quarter of the price. Wouldnt have mattered on price. I would have used Little Guys but I didnt have the time for the pettiness. I mean, they charge by the hour, not by the piece.

Horrible service. Sorry to disagree with the previous review, but I found them to be incredibly unprofessional. I used them and afterwards one of the male employees that moved me took my phone number off of the information sheet I gave the COMPANY and proceeded to text me the next few days, talking about his dating life, which I thought best to ignored. I felt it was incredibly inappropriate to take information given for business contact and use it for a personal contact. Despite this I tried to used them again because of their hourly rates, after the first call I was told they would get back in touch with me shortly to confirm. After a day without hearing from them I called and left a message. No response, so the next day I called again only to be told they were full and could no longer accomodate my move. Moving is hard enough, I would never recommend this company to any one because they only make it more difficult.

WAY overpriced. I ended paying $550 to move IKEA furniture, a big screen, a couple knick knacks and a couch from a 2 bedroom apartment to another one down the road. SO INSANE!! Do not be ripped off by these guys. I was naive and young at the time and needed to move asap so I really didnt think twice to do my research (my bad, I know). Since that horrible experience Ive learned to rent a UHAUL for the day (So cheap, especially if its just for the day) and you can ask for helpers/movers from any moving company (NOT THIS ONE) and pay like $20-40. I spent less than $100 moving last time. This was an apartment move though. Anyways that was my experience. This company is definitely overpriced so do not be fooled by them like I was.

Im sure they do a good job. But after a quote of $950 for a small 1500sq ft house, we went with Byron Cowling moving. They charge $90/HR. They dont charge by the piece like little guys do. I had 3brs and total with Byron was $360. They did a great job. Im sure Little Guys do great work too, its not rocket science. But I rather save $600. Extremely, extremely overpriced for what it is. No explanation will change my view because at $360 Byron did an amazing job. Good grief. Save your $ and go with Byron Cowling. Could only imagine if you have a big house and needed to move. Cost a small fortune.

My move was great! This was the second time they moved me. They were punctual and professional with a smile on their faces. They worked hard and at the very end of the 8 hour move there was a very small scratch (I might not even have noticed) on the floor. Although I wasnt there when it happened, one of them came to get me immediately and took full responsibility for it. They took a picture of it to document it and get it fixed for me. I appreciated their integrity and will use them if (God forbid) I ever move again.

Moving is always stressful but using Little Guy Movers always helps ease the burden. Ive used them twice to move my stuff (and my furniture is ridiculously heavy). Theyre fast, convenient and friendly. The second time I used them we had a slight mishap with our 4K curved TV where it ended up getting cracked internally. While we should have known better and just moved our fragile and valuable items on our own, Rusten helped resolve the issue in a fair and timely matter. I do appreciate them! Definitely will use them again!
