No ramp included for the initial load site. The company called the day before the load to inform me but had no options to solve the problem in the next 3 days. That is a big issue when you have to be out of the house by a closing date. UPack did reimburse me part of the cost for the help I had to hire but not all. The ramp is necessary for their load height and they should make sure it is included with every delivery. Otherwise, everything was as they said it would be.

Used U-Pack to move from Texas to Illinois and they were fantastic to work with at both locations. Everyone from scheduling and dispatch to the drivers were wonderful. Their estimate of how much trailer space I would need was spot on. I would highly recommend them. Just make sure you account for load tie downs and moving pads when you are estimating your moving expenses because they are not included.

The truck arrived sooner than expected, but I was able to call and schedule a delivery date that worked best for me. I will definitely use them again the next time I move. Highly recommend U-Pack!
