What a terrible place to go for anything unless you love waiting in line for hours, customer service reps who always give excuses and blame the "call center", and inaccurate & unreliable information. We placed a reservation specially for a bottom floor storage unit only to show up and recieve a second floor unit. When we told the employee we were promised a bottom floor unit, she explained that the call center always makes these kinds of false promises and that customers always come in angry and yell at her. We asked to upgrade to a bottom floor unit which would cost us $30+ more than what we originally were promised or what they even advertised in the store, only to have the uhaul employee continue the paperwork for the second floor unit. 45 minutes into the experience and we had to start over because the employee didnt listen. I walked out in frustration and my partner had to finish the reservation. Not only did they not live up to their promises from the reservation and price stand point, they dont even allow 24 hour access (broken key reader excuse provided) and they force you to purchase rental insurance, both services are listed in their store advertisement that they are additional/optional services provided with a price tag. Horrible experience and I feel very much so that they will and do take advantage of their customers who come to them in desperate situations.

Because we had been defrauded, our credit card company issued us a new card with a new number. Our storage unit at UHaul had been paid for via AutoPay for about a year, and I forgot to call them to change the credit card number. Instead of calling to determine why the credit card charge was denied, they (UHaul/Frontage Road) sent a letter charging us a $15 late fee and threatening another $15 if we didnt pay up in 14 days. I sent them an email and got even more rude email from the woman in charge of storage units. The problem seems to be resolved, thanks to a helpful asst. manager. In the future, well go to one of the other UHaul locations in Pueblo, where they might be a little nicer, and have better manners. Maybe well just not do business with UHaul at all.

Really disappointing customer service. Be warned- they will gloss over parts of the contract to try to get you with a "breach" fee. They also sent us off with a truck that did not have fully working tail lights. We could not see this ourselves because we were in the car when they did the check. When we called for a clarification about the contract, the woman was short and very unhelpful. Then she told us we could not talk to her manager nor were there any other employees at the location. She seemed eager to get us off the phone so she could close the store up as it was about fifteen minutes before their closing time. Really disappointed. I dont think this is indicative of U-Haul, rather its just a great example of a very bad location and/or bad training.

Horrible experience at this location. I stood in line for an hour and when I finally get to the counter the lazy employee tells me he is only taking reservations or returns. He then told me I can get out of line and make a reservation and get back in line (at no time did he make an announcement that he was only taking reservations and i waited over an hour in line to be turned around). This location has some really lazy, and extreamly rude employees.

Absolutely horrid, horrid service! Had an appointment to have a hitch installed. Had to travel an hour and a half to get to the place. When I got their, they did not have the parts. Re-scheduled for the following week. Called a day early to make sure they had the parts. They cant answer whether they have the parts or not. It is a problem of the people who answer the phone. VERY INCOMPETENT.

Easy location. Nice workers. But general manager was not kind at all. Made me feel bad for even asking to use a coupon. Then made me feel stupid because he said the coupons are even legit even tho theyre coming straight from the uhaul website. Then just ignored me and charged full price. Very poor customer service. Will probably pick a different uhaul location next time

I came by last year to buy boxes, tape and packing materials for our move to our house and these folks were wonderful. They helped me find the right kind of boxes and tape, and everything was very affordable. We could even return unused boxes with receipt! (but we kept them)

They didnt have the trailer we reserved. They sent us across town for a trailer. The store across town said the first store was supposed to install the hitch. That store couldnt install the hitch until noon, after we were supposed to pick up our stuff. Totally useless.

Its ok if you need to move a bunch of stuff all at once. However, I had to wait over an hour in line while the clerk chatted with a couple ahead of me, even though I had reserved a truck a week in advance! I really needed the truck or I would have walked out!
