I will never ever go with this company again. We went with this company because we needed to move on a Sunday and Two Men and a Truck couldnt do it. They are highly rated on Google so I thought I would give it a shot. The manager was supposed to call us, but he never did. We dont want money, we just want to make sure no one else has the experience we did! 1. They showed up late. Not really a big deal. They explained that the third guy that I had hired was a no show. They loaded the truck. They did an excellent job loading the truck from our old place. 2. Toward the end of loading, the third guy showed up. We will refer to him as "Late" He came up and started telling his "boys" that he got into a massive bar fight the night before and his wrist was hurt. He then proceeded to follow me around my house and chit chat with me. I was about to tell him that I wasnt paying him for small talk, but then he started to actually help. 3. We get to the new house. They unload the truck. It is around lunch time. I walk by the front of the truck and one of the guys slings the clipboard across the truck. He is angry. We will refer to him as "Angry" from here on out. I asked what was wrong. He went off about how he is trying to order pizza, but the pizza place doesnt know where our house is.To calm things down, I told them that we will buy lunch and not to worry. 4.We decide to make a second trip back to the old house to get the rest of the stuff. We realized that Angry had left the bolts to my sons bed on the floor of the old house. Part of their service is that they put everything back together. 5.They shattered a glass desk. They were apologetic, and cleaned up the mess. 6. We get back to the old place. I noticed that Angry drives pretty aggressively. All of a sudden, I hear a woman yelling. I go outside and a neighbor from up the street got into her car and drove to our place to yell at Mr. Angry and how fast he was driving through our neighborhood. She said he was going 50, he fired back that the truck doesnt even go 50... finally the woman drove away. 7. Our old house is now a rental. We had them load a washer/dryer and a fridge from the new house to put into our rental. They destroyed the fridge. It was only a year old. they ratcheted the strap too tight and dented it bad. 8. Angry found the bolts on the floor. He wrapped them in tape and taped them to the inside of the truck. I found this odd... why not just put them up front in the cab?? 9. They finish unloading the rest of the truck at the new place after the second trip. Angry lost the bolts. again. He had a tempter tantrum in the back of the truck throwing things around. He never found them. My husband just told him we would fix it. At this point we were done with the moving experience. 10. Late did the math for the move. Math is not is specialty. We figured out the numbers. He then proclaims in front of everyone that "they work for tips." This made it really awkward for all of us. I paid them $10 each to get them out of my house. 11. My husband and I go to bed in our $2,000 bed. We woke up the next morning to cracking wood. I threw my husband off the bed. We rip up the mattress and box spring. The movers didnt screw anything together. They laid the slats down and then put the box spring and mattresses on top of it. My husband had to rebuild the base of our bed... On a positive note, he got to use his new shop toys. 12. My husband rips up my daughters bed. She was away for the week. They didnt put her bed together either and it was missing screws. We also noticed that they didnt put our dresser and mirror set back together either. My husband spent an entire day putting things together that we paid the movers to do. He also had to rebuild the base of our bed. This really sucked because he was deploying in two days, and we had other things planned. 13. I went to get us coffee and noticed that they had destroyed our front door. There is an entire piece broken off. They piled the pieces nicely in the corner and didnt bother to tell us about it.

I moved from Colorado Springs up North back in June and used Colorado Springs Movers LLC. I was satisfied with my moving crew, but I was overcharged by about $200.00 and I never received a refund, despite multiple calls to the company. I called about a week in advance to schedule a move and the people who did the scheduling seemed a little confused. I left them a message, and two people called me back -- one of them called me by the wrong name. I corrected them and verified my appointment time. When my moving date and time came around, no one showed up. I waited about forty-five minutes and then called the company. They said that something had gone wrong in the scheduling and that theyd have a crew at my house in half an hour. The crew arrived about an hour later -- about two hours after I had originally scheduled. The men who helped me move were really nice men. This was the highlight of the experience. One of them was a big dog lover and was really sweet around my roommates dog and my parents dog. When we reached my destination, though, one of the movers set a bookcase down on my favorite painting and ripped the canvas. He apologized and was very sweet about it, but I was disappointed that my favorite piece of art had been ruined. When I was presented with the bill, it seemed a bit steep to me. I signed it nonetheless, not wishing to discuss monetary problems with the moving crew, but immediately called the company once the movers left. Even though the movers had arrived at 10 AM, I realized that I had been charged since 8 AM -- the original time of my appointment with them. Even though the moving team showed up two hours late due to a scheduling hiccup, I was still charged for those two hours. I was assured that I would get a refund. When none arrived, I continued to call back and Colorado Springs Movers LLC assured me that I would get my refund. I never did. I have moved with a few different companies in the past and, in spite of the friendliness of my two movers, this was by far the worst experience. My current occupation does not give me much income to spare, and I feel like I was robbed by this company. Seeing as calling this company did not solve any of my problems, I hope that posting this review will draw the owners attention and get me the $200 or so that they owe me.

I was very upset at the way this company operated. I set a move for a Wednesday, noon time, because I had a promotion and had to move to Denver. My plan was to put everything in a storage unit so I would be able to find a place instead of rushing into something. I depended on them to be on time so I would be able to finish up here in Colorado Springs, but I was mistaken. The woman who works the phones called me the night prior, saying they would be 1 hour late, due to the appointment in front of me not being prepped. I was okay with this because, of they were on time, I would still be able to complete everything. Long story short, they ended up showing at 5:45p.m. because of the appointment ahead of me. They couldnt pull anyone off of another job, and didnt have anyone backed up in case of an event like this. I was very vocal about how upset I was, how much this set me back, and how unfair this was being as I made my appointment in advanced. I get that they couldnt have controlled their customer not being prepped, but it still doesnt change the fact that I have to take time off of work to clean my old home before the 30th. Good thing it isnt dirty. They did discount my price, give me a 3rd guy free of charge, and let me borrow one of their quilts until I move my stuff. I am grateful for that, but it doesnt change the stress it put on me this move. EDIT 10.6.16 I wanted to respond to the owner. I understand summer is a high demand season, and I may have been harsh in my initial review. I hope things even out for you guys. I will be moving my things from my storage unit here in a few weeks and will call you up to return the quilts.
