I have been going to Lake Arbor the last year or so for oil changes as they are right near my work. I needed an oil change but also needed a recall inspection done, so I took my car to the dealer and decided to let them do the oil change. While completing their work they noticed the plug for my oil pan was stripped out and they said they could not complete the oil change without replacing my oil pan ($500+). I had no intentions of spending $500+ for an oil change. Because of this issue, logically I wanted to contact the last person who changed my oil. So I called Lake Arbor and spoke with Gary and he said yes, they would take a look at it and possible re-thread and put in an oversized plug if that determined that would solve the problem. So I had my car towed from the dealer to Lake Arbor and they took a look at it the next morning. I got a call back from Gary and he told me they were going to replace the entire oil pan at no charge and also completed the oil change at no charge! They didn’t have to do anything. Or for much less cost, they could have just re-threaded the oil pan and put in an oversized plug. Instead, they went far above and beyond to fix the problem that may not have even been caused by them. That is customer service and customer loyalty. I highly recommend them and they will be my first choice for any car needs in the future! Their customer service is unmatched!

Great service - Its relatively easy for a business to do right by you in your first transaction, and ideally that always happens. But sometimes, something goes wrong, and how a business responds is the true measure of its customer service. I brought my truck in for emissions testing and an oil change and they noticed something wrong with the brake fluid and the brakes generally needed some work. I get the truck back, and fast forward a week or two and I noticed a leak under the truck, it was brake fluid. So I called up Lake Arbor, brought in my truck to get it checked out. They gave me their complimentary loaner vehicle (which is a great service given their location) and later that day I got a call saying the truck was fixed. They took care of the problem at no cost to me, and they even threw in a(nother) free oil change for my troubles. No questions, no push back, they dealt with the situation exactly how I hoped they would.

Called to get some preliminary pricing and make an appointment for a repair job, everyone was helpful, expedient at returning phone calls and messages and keeping me informed as far as time, cost, resources, etc involved. Parts had been ordered before I even dropped my car off and their courtesy shuttle was available while I was car-less. Like any good mechanic should, we took a look under the hood together and was able to have a frank discussion about the repair at hand, as well as some other concerns about how my car was handling in lay terms, and realistic cost/benefit. Over the course of the job I was kept updated and they finished right on time. A day later I found out a number of coworkers in my building have used Lake Arbor due to proximity to the office, and highly recommended them. I have no hesitation adding my recommendation to the list.

Ive gone to several places to have my 2004 dodge ram taken care of I had some stuff on my truck go out when I went to several places I got the run around so after a year and a half of trying to get places to get these issues fixed on my truck done after paying them which is frustrating I went to Lake Arbor automotive which my friend and brother in law told me and swore by and they were right. They are amazing. They were on top of it they called me and kept me updated. They were fast and efficient. They are kind and have great customer service. I will definitely keep going there and suggest you do to if you want to have great care and great work that will last and is worth your money!!!! Took my Duramax up there for a rear end clanking metal noise that would happen at slow speeds under load. Had scheduled a drop off a week out. Dropped off at 730, they had me squared away by lunchtime. It was my leaf spring U bolts... go figure, woulda never checked there, never had them walk out on me before. Sometimes you need a different perspective, had a fantastic experience... my emissions test took forever but that was a different day. 5 stars these folks are honest and dependable, moderately priced, and they are very respectful. Oh My God! I feel down right lucky to find these guys. I mean from the courtesy to the loaner vehicle to the cost these guys were amazing. I cant say enough about them. Ive always taken my vehicles to dealerships because I buy all the maintenance packages up front but I had so many bad experiences with the quality and expense beyond warranty work that I thought I would try these guys. What a find! DON"T GO TO DEALERSHIPS FOR ANY REASON ACCEPT WARRANTY WORK! PERIOD! I got wise after getting ripped off for years.

Amazing customer service! My car died and wouldnt hold a charge. Lake Arbor looked at it right away and accurately diagnosed the issues. Patrick took extra time to find better priced parts which lowered my bill considerably. But they didnt skimp on service-parts still came with a warranty. They also fixed it within 24 hours. My car runs great now (my last garage missed this issue.) More than that, they operate with integrity and customer loyalty. Lake Arbor is now my new car repair shop.

Replaced the clutch in my 91 Isuzu Amigo in Wisconsin 1000 miles later had to have it replaced again at Lake Arbor Automotive only to have more problems with it again... it took some time for them to find the problem but i didnt care most importantly i wanted it right when we got it back . when it was all said and done most of this was covered by warranty and what wasnt they kept very reasonably priced Sean and the team at Lake Arbor Automotive refused to be beaten by this little pink car!

If I could give a 0 I would totally ripped off my dad. Better bring your checkbook because you will pay highest prices for simplest repairs. Charging a man who was unable to do the repair himself due to arthritis. I am saddened that people are this way and still take advantage of of people that put their trust in you . Please do not endorse this company or let your parents trying to prevent this happening to others.

Great customer service!! I knew that I needed a valve adjustment and the did not question me or demand and diagnostics just to squeeze some extra cash outta me. He called in the am and suggested replacing some minor stuff that I could have done bit I agreed to let them do it and the car runs great again. The price was reasonable and competitive with other shops in the area. I will definitely use them again. JOSH
