I never ever write bad reviews but today I will! Dont expect them to pick up their phone to answer questions because they never answer. I need help getting tires for my car. I have no idea what I am doing and out of all the people to help me I ended up with a lady who had no idea how to do her job. She was super rude when she told me she didnt have the tires I needed in stock. Then got mad when I asked her to order some. I had a quote on paper from another walmart so all the information was right in front of her, it just seemed like such a hassle for her. I couldnt catch her name because she had no name tag on. Worst customer service ever! Thanks Walmart!

Very disappointing automotive center. Will never bring any of my vehicles there again. One Wal-Mart stripped my pan plug and this Wal-Mart couldnt even put a simple oil filter in. W/o it leaking and almost draining my entire engine of oil. But on the bright side a manager named Sherry was very helpful. Very good customer service. The automotive asst. Manager dont know what customer service is and shouldnt have that job.

Very rude and uneducated "mechanics". They put anti-seize on the studs which can cause tires to fly off... Work with no sense of urgency. I will never return to Walmart for automotive care... I dont even see how walmart still has the automotive center. Not to mention while I am waiting hours on end I see other techs walking around wasting time doing nothing. I also seen several customers leave due to wait times here.

The manager Matthew is very helpful and professional. I wish all the walmart has manager like him. I ran some issues with my new tires roadhazard warranty but Matthew listened to me and solve my problem easily. Thanks !!

Hours are 7am-7pm Mon-Sat and 8am-6pm Sun consistent #1-#2 shop in the area. No mechanics here this is a preventative maintenance shop. Technicians are educated in what they need to know. Come on in!
