I have had work done on the car about a month ago, give a couple days. I paid quite a large bill. This for a tune up, new wires, plugs. Total cost was $903.00. Originally took in to have power Steering pump replaced. The bill actually had the charge of $40.00 for advisement, I already knew what I needed done. Power steering fluid, around $20.00. I had a full bottle in the car. I dont mind paying for repairs, but the engine light has been on since I had it there. Has a code of P0171 - Fuel Trim System Lean. I cannot track this down. I dont have the convenience to drop my car off for a day as I work and need to get to and from. I am hoping I get a response off of this and that I am not going to have to pay for something I feel should of been taken care of with a tune up. I am really upset and beside myself. I have been debating on whether I should post this or not. They are nice people, I just feel as if I was taken for $903.00 and didnt get my car running properly. A Tune up, is a tune up, right?

I thought my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe alternator might have died because overnight a 2 year old battery suddenly wasnt working. I called Geico to arrange a tow, so they contacted Robins Towing to help me out. Tyler from Robins showed up 15 minuted later and popped the hood of the vehicle to see if the battery would take a charge. He immediately noticed that the cable was really loose (of course I didnt check that ... ding dong), so he jumped it. He then said, hang on, lets make sure that this really isnt the alternator, so he turned the car off and on 6 times. Nope, battery cable. Tyler, thank you so much for being an honest professional. I highly recommend Robins Towing.

Our vehicle developed a serious problem. A friend recommended Robins Automotive even though it is not that close to our home. Tim Robbins gave our SUV personal care and attention. Not only did they diagnose and correct the problems, they also found two other potentially dangerous problems that our previous repair shop had "supposedly" fixed. And the cost of all the repairs at Robins was well below what we expected. Now, Robins does all of our repair and maintenance work.

They are high in prices plus if you get Tom mad about anything big or small he will refuse to work on your car anymore. They also seem to have trouble keeping his employees.
