We brought our 2011 Jeep Wrangler in for an inspection before having repair work done. The driver side rear wheel was wobbling out of balance at high speeds. They concluded that the front tie rods were to blame and that the tires needed to be rotated and balanced. Ironically, the tires and wheels were only 30 days old and after taking it to the dealership we discovered they were not to blame. All Around Auto Care wanted $2500 in repairs that in the end were not the repairs that solved the problem. They didnt even remove the wheel to do an inspection! Heres my second review from other recent experiences with this company... I have been a loyal customer for years, BUT last summer this company went door to door selling oil changes at a discounted price to get more customers. The result has been very negative. Three different times, I was denied service for suspension work, a faulty fuel injector and tires because they were too busy giving oil changes. Ironically, they have pushed away their original customer base. I had all of these services done at other shops even though All Around Auto Care is just down the street for me. To top it off, I bought the discounted oil changes and rarely get to use them because they cannot schedule me for less than a month in advance. Ive performed my own oil changes for 25 years and never had one take me more than 15 minutes. Yet these guys force you to schedule 5 weeks in advance and then take 3 hours to get the job done. Please take this review to heart and avoid this company unless you like standing around for hours next to railroad tracks. I used to send my friends here. Sadly, they are telling me they have similar experiences.

I heard about this place because my fiancée bought the $5 oil change package from them, I have taken my truck there twice and they have always been kind and courteous. Blake is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to talking about servicing cars. I have not had a problem with this company. They have tried to "up sale" me and my fiancée on maintenance that is actually in your manufacture information book, so I wouldnt really call it an "up sale" as much as preventative maintenance. We drive these cars ever day and most people expect not to pay for anything extra except oil changes and gas... However, they did seem a bit on the pricy side though so I will shop around a little before getting all the work that they recommend done. Because the professionalism that Blake displays and the kindness that most of the staff in the office seemed to show I would say this is a good company worth your business. But the main but the main reason for this 5 star review is the owners responses to the 1 star reviews! Freaking hilarious ;-p Also did any of you ever think that the reason that they take more than 15 minutes to do an oil change is because they are doing a full inspection on your car? Lastly, keep Aaron away from my fiancée haha! Update: 6/13/17 After reading the Owners Response I not only got a good laugh but he has also convinced me to get my cars serviced completely by All Around Auto Care. He makes a good point and some very funny ones too! Thank you for your time.

I am so impressed with this mechanic shop! I had brought my car into them a while ago after I had taken it to another mechanic and got an outrageous sounding quote to fix it. All Around Auto Care looked at it for me and quoted me lower, but heres the best part, they told me that in their opinion that itd be a better use of my money to save up for a newer care. How amazing is that? Instead of fixing something for me and letting me drive an old car that would stop working because of something else, they were honest and CARING. While Ive been saving for a new car my car has been overheating. I called All Around Auto Care again to see if I could make an appointment to see if fixing the overheating would be a cheap fix and I could drive this car for a little while longer. They said it was more than likely a result of my cars previous problem (theyve seen this exact thing happen before) and that they could again try to fix it for me but that it would be smarter to spend that money on a new car. Again, Im so impressed with them. They could have had me come down there and spend my money to get the same diagnosis, but they were honest and empathetic instead. They saved me a trip and money. Love this shop. Great people.

All Around Auto Care is our choice for both our vehicles. One of our vehicles has over 200,000 miles and still seems like new..Thanks to these guys. They are located aprox. 30 miles away from where we live, but its worth it. Bob Brotherton is the service manager there and hes the best in his field. You can never go wrong with Bob. He always goes the extra mile, taking the time to listen. We bought our Honda Pilot from a dealership he worked at. Hes always provided the best service with reasonable prices, and always looking out for our safety. Same holds true for All Around Auto Care. They really care, and also understand thats its hard to afford some of the major repairs. Its so easy to make an appointment with them. Their mechanics are great also, like Frank Gonzales is our preferred Mechanic.He is Very conscientious, easy to talk to, and is always on the look out for the overall mechanical operations of the vehicle. Everyone is treated with respect when you walk in to All Around. Red Carpet treatment all the way. We cant thank them enough for all they do. Love these guys! Lori & Lynn

The only reason I did not give one star was from my first experience with these guys. I originally took my car in for a faulty electrical issue, they fixed it and did not try to over charge me.... This time. The second time I went in was for a normal oil change. My family and I are broke, in between jobs, and struggling to put food on the table. The man who helped me jumped on the "salesman" bandwagon, attempting to sell me an optional product for money I could not afford. I told him so, at which time he started to guilt trip me with "well you need to spend .10 cents for every mile in order to maintain your vehicle" which sure, I agree with, but not after I told him SEVERAL times that I could not afford it. His tone changed when I called him a salesman, as I was onto his up selling. I get that it is a business, but trying to force a broke client into something more than they can afford is unethical. Not to mention, an oil change that takes over an hour? No thanks. Never returning.

I have had a good experience with All Around Auto Care for the most part. I did have an up and down experience with one particular repair and had my doubts about whether I wanted to keep working with them. But when came into talk about my concerns, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. Jonathan, the GM is very personable and trustworthy. He recognizes that taking care of the customer is the most important thing to maintaining the lifeblood of any business. I came to him with some dissatisfaction I had with another employee (who has since been let go) and he took strong, immediate action to address the problem and make things right. Steve, the automotive manager is also a very hard-working and diligent about communicating to the customer and helping to fix the problems that are coming up for your vehicle. I will look forward to a continuing relationship with a company that values its customers.
