On 5/21/16 I was driving down Colfax when a hose fitting to my heater core literally broke off. Wasnt long before the truck over heated and shut it self off to avoid damage. As the truck was puttering out I turned right just to get off Colfax and coasted about 100ft. Just in front of me I noticed Hands Automotive so I went in and met Chrystal. She went ahead and walked over to the truck with me to take a look. I assumed that the whole heater core had to be taken out and replaced which would cost a lot. She found out that we could just do the plastic fitting on the end. Despite being super busy and having to go to a funeral in the early afternoon, they got me taken care of that day. The repair was reasonably priced, especially for just fitting me in last minute. I usually dont write reviews but thought they deserved it. I found out that they are also involved in repairing donated vehicles for single moms in need. Seems like a great place. Travis M. Castle Rock

I left my car with them while I was out of town for a funeral. I had loud brakes and a blinker out. They told me that there were some noise restricters that were loose and they tightened them and replaced the bulb. When I picked the car up, they told that there was no charge. I did provide the bulb, but they did a lot of work and didnt charge me. I will never take my car elsewhere. Most of my dealings with other repair place is they make up a bunch of "problems" to charge you for and use fear tactics to get you to make a decision that day. Thank Hands Automotive for your great integrity!

I am amazed and impressed with this group. Ray treated both me and my wife with a ton of respect and went out of his way to be sure we understood the issues that were NEEDED and the things that might need attention down the road but NOT right now. Another shop was trying to tell us we NEEDED over $1100 worth of work. Ray told us our looked great and offered an estimate for the optional work if we chose to do it. I am a loyal customer!

They always do a 40 point inspection on your car so you can see if any other service may be needed. I brought my car in for a shaking steering wheel when braking. They told me I the pads were warped but I could continue driving the car until the pads were worn down more. I chose not to and replaced the brakes. I appreciate the option they gave me and how honest they are with you. I highly recommend them.

They were prompt on checking my vehicle, but the quote they gave was outrageous. They never told me that they could not get a computer read from my check engine light. I guess they assumed what the problem was. . I got a quote from another certifited mechanic for half the cost and 28th a warranty.
