Ive been going to Brickell Automotive for about 4-5 years. On Christmas Eve a few years ago, my 2004 Camry died on a quick errand. I called some friends and received a recommendation to have the car towed to Brickell. The owner, Jack, determined that the starter died and replaced it. Since then, Ive brought my 2010 Odyssey and 2013 CX-9 to Jack for jobs big and small. Jack is very professional. Hell really examine whats going on, determine what needs to be fixed, offer options when they exist, and deliver when he promises for what he promised. Ive had situations where I thought it was a major problem, and Jack determined it wasnt. Thats always a relief! I cant speak for other mechanics or auto shops in Cheshire, and Im sure there are others who are every bit as good, but Ive been very happy with Jack and would recommend him to any of my neighbors.

They seem to get the job done and most of the guys are helpful, but the owner has a serious case of angry old man syndrome and between the snide looks and snappy comments, if youve got options its really not worth the aggravation.
