I used to think positively about Annex like the other reviewers, but things have changed. John and Dawn failed me. I had a new starter put in my vehicle, 6 months later it broke, so they put in a new one , it was under warrantee and there was no charge. 8 or so months later that one broke, too. Went back for 3rd time and ANNEX did not completely fix it, all John said was" Its going to be loud". I turned the key, and it sounded like a garbage disposal full of glass! As I drove out of the lot 2 young employees of theirs were snickering as I left. I vowed never to return. Annex did NOT want my business anymore, obviously . I took it to another mechanic who told me the FLYWHEEL was eating my starters, simple as that.

Cant say enough good things about the people here! Great and timely service, honest pricing... youll never feel like you got scammed and the work is done right the first time. I had to have a complete brake line rework done over Christmas break 2 years ago, and I havent had a problem with that issue since. Will always take my vehicles here as long as Im a CT resident.

I have been going to them for years. They are ALWAYS friendly, the due estimates for free. It is really a great place to try just once, and if you dont like them; hey you never have to go to them again. I am pretty sure however that you will like them. :)
