Every time I go to Firestone, I leave with a "recommended repair" bill of at least $1000. EVERY TIME. Also, coincidentally, every time I go in for an oil change I leave with my car all messed up. Today wasnt any different. I drove home from work about a half hour away with no problem, and once they were done with my oil, they told me I had no coolant in the reservior, all my hydraulic fluid leaked out, and my valve cover gasket leaked oil everywhere. Its so funny how every single time I go to firestone, suddenly my car has all these problems that it didnt have before I got there. Why are they popping the engine cover when I asked for an oil change? Thats the only way they would see my valve gasket was leaking. They have screwed me for the last time. If I could legally burn this place to the ground, I would, but instead, I am writing a review. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! BUYER BEWARE!

Im typically a bit skeptical about chain garages, but this Firestone did great work, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My car started having engine problems while driving from Long Island to a friends house in CT. It was a Saturday, and this was one of the only garages who could take a look at it. Turns out a gasket had started leaking (my car has 100k miles) and some oil had gotten into the valves, then spark plugs, then coils, etc. The staff gave me a really good rundown of the issues, and the parts and labor cost to fix. Unfortunately, they couldnt get parts until Monday (I have a VW), I appreciated them looking at it over the weekend and at least trying. Overall, I am very happy.

Called the day before to try schedule an oil change. Guy on the phone said just to come in and well take care of you. I even went on the website to schedule an appointment to be sure. Next day I came in and lady at the front said they were all booked and that my name wasnt in the system. I even had an email confirmation saying that I had an appointment. What kind of business are these guys running? I was fuming. Long story short, avoid this place at all costs.

Staff was incredibly nice and very informative. I didnt get any sense that these guys would try to rip me off as is common in chain auto repair shops. Would recommend to anyone who need maintenance done on their car

Went for an oil change, I had coupon so I knew the price- and they checked the fluids......they also tightened up a loose piece under the radiator- I have no complaints.

The staff is really nice. They have a nice waiting area, but dont have wifi. They do some stuff on courtesy too, which is really cool!
