Went for inspection. They told me I needed new windshield wipers. It would cost $12. The wipers that were on my car were less than two weeks old and were high quality Michelin wipers. They wouldnt pass my inspection without new wipers so I reluctantly said go ahead. I requested my old wipers in return so I could see them. They charge $12 each for the wipers when they told me it was going to be 12 total. I know its just a tactic probably encouraged by Jiffy Lube for their inspectors to look better and without a doubt add to their commission/ kudos. When I went to leave I noticed that my old wipers were not in the car and I asked for them and they said they could not give them to me. Very dishonest way to soak a couple bucks out of a customer.

Jiffy Lube is not the only place to get your oil change that do inspections car washes inside and outside interior clean up and much more they do have reasonable prices and friendly people working especially the one in Wilton and up in Queensbury if you like to go in Queensbury go see Nick hes very helpful and friendly and he explains everything you need to know the one in which he used to work but not anymore sadface but I will travel to Queensbury if I need anything done too bad they dont have a car wash up there but its worth a drive thank you very much

Went to jiffy lube for an oil change & since then my car has been leaking oil smells like its burning & running weird.. My husband checked the car out & said it must be coming from the oil pan area .. MIND you they let someone drive my car off the ramp who shouldnt have even been driving my vehicle because she doesnt work in that area of jiffy lube. Very unhappy they didnt deserve the $10 tip I gave them & they will be fixing my car since they made the mistake to Begin with.

Really liked this place a couple of years ago but now theyre too busy to adequately accommodate the high number of customers. Used to be in-and-out but in the last year an hours wait has become typical. Also they NEVER remember to put the mileage sticker in the corner of the windshield after an oil change.

Ive been there a few times (shame on me) and each time they manage to mess up something or "forget" to call you for details and completion of work. Look elsewhere for that oil change for sure

They were scared to change our oil because they said that they could have "stripped" the oil pan. Took it to our usual shop, they changed the oil no problem.
