I scheduled an 8AM appointment for an alignment; at 8:22 they had the car in the bay and at 8:30 it was back in the parking lot. They said a tie rod had to be replaced before they could align it, even though that rod was tight enough to pass inspection. Then they charged me $40 for that "diagnosis", more than their half-hourly rate! $40 to have nothing done to my car. So I changed my tie rod at home and brought it back a week later to see if I could get credit toward the actual job I hired them to do. They would not charge anything less, even with me pointing out that they had previously over-charged me to do nothing. One year prior to this I brought my car here for an inspection knowing that one of my tires had to be replaced. I had a new tire mounted to the full-size spare (a real alloy rim) and asked them to swap the bad tire with the new one. They would not pass my inspection unless they sold me a new tire of their own, and would not mount the one I was providing. NEVER, EVER GO TO MARION MOBILE FOR SERVICE!

Easy to fill up with fuel. Pay at the pump quickly. They have garbage cans outside and a windshield washing fluid station for a quick clean up. This gas station is run at a service shop that offers car maintenance as well as U-haul rentals.

This place is conveniently located, but it DESPERATELY needs a modern store. The days of this little mom and pop gas station without a modern store is long over.
