House of tires is the only place I trust to give an honest and objective opinion regarding my cars. I have been using them for 15 years and will continue using them. I was once told that they would not let a car out of the shop unless it was safe for their kids to drive. That is dedication and integrity. If my kids have a problem with their cars they call House Of Tires before they call me. There are countless positive and wonderful stories, but it comes down to two things: Honesty and Integrity. Convenient, courteous, friendly and just fantastic. House of Tires should be the way all auto repairs establishments should strive to be. I recommend them to all friends and family. While waiting for work to be done I will tell others that Hewlett House of Tires is the best. They are.

Ive been told more than once by this shop to come back another day because the shop was too busy to do just an oil change despite the fact I was dropping the car off in the morning to pick up later. The high prices arent worth the hassle and I question their competence. The mechanic pushed in the OBDII port on our car once after a routine inspection and we had to have it fixed by another mechanic. I will be taking my cars elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

they are awesome! Ive been a customer for a few years. the other day all i needed was an inspection - they were pretty busy in the morning but they took my car gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready (less than 2 hours later) - all for only $10 - just the cost of the inspection! BEST customer service - thanks so much!!!!!

I have used House of Tires for many years! They always give good advice and they do a great job on repairs. If I need a loaner car they give me one. They take my car whenever I ask but will let me know when theyre jammed so I can choose another time. Ill continue to use this service!

I would strongly recommend AGAINST this repair shop. They are very pricey and will rip you off. They also push unnecessary repairs. Spending a little time and shopping around, you will easily find another mechanics with a way better quality of service and price.

Called ahead and got a quote for an oil change and inspection, when I arrived the guy told me it would cost double because I drove a "high end car". Went and got everything done for half the price at Meineke.

Great service, trustworthy owner, skilled workers but prices are a bit higher than most other shops. Its worth it if youve got a few extra bucks to spend for a piece of mind.
