I just recently relocated to Fairfield, Ct from the west coast. Being on my own, the transition has been difficult and very expensive. This has left me with little funds after moving and unprepared for any other expense. Beginning of June, I discovered one of my tires had a slow leak and I was filling it up with air weekly, hoping it would last. I finally stopped into Firestone to see if they could fix the leak permanently, and after inspection, I found out that all my tires were in bad condition and really needed to be replaced immediately for my own safety! I explained my current financial situation to the Manager, and told him I barely had enough to pay my rent, and finding a good job had been impossible. That it would take many months for me to Save for proper tires. He told me that he understood and wanted to help me out. So, he gave me options on prices for inexpensive but suitable tires that would last me awhile. So, thanks to Robert DiMauro, Manager in Fairfield, I have a set of new tries on my car, stayed within my small budget and I can now drive safely. Now, if I could only find a proper job with benefits. But at least, I have safe transportation, which gives me the ability to get to interviews. Thank you very much! With Sincerity, Angelica

Horrible. They will take advantage of you if you dont know exactly what you need and what the going rate is. My wifes car was towed here and they told her it was completely worthless and shed be unable to sell it BUT they were soooo kind to take it off her hands and have her sign over the title. Yes they seemed to forget that the car was worth about $500 in scrap metal alone. They took advantage of my wife because she trusted their "professional" opinion. They are the lowest of the low and I would NEVER go back. Do yourself a favor and do your homework for a place with good reviews and a place you trust. went in for an oil change and emissions check. after they did my emisions they said they were done. but didnt do the oil change. after waiting an hour, the guy called my name and said my car was now ready. problem was that they never even came back to get the car, it was in the same spot the whole time with me sitting next to it . when I questioned it , they said they did the oil change before emisions . but it never went up on lift and zero fluids were checked. 2 were in need of fluids still. also never checked any of 19 point inspection items. only 1 other car there at the time .Mechanic cant remember if he changed my oil or not? Never going back.

I went to Firestone, on 12/14/16, at 4:30pm, to get service done to my car and I was turned away. I explained to Bob, the manager and his staff that I have a safety concern with my front end. They still would not provide service to my vehicle. They told me they are to busy and under staffed. If thats case, close at 4:30pm, not at 7pm. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. Bob, the Manager should be fired. He was extremely rude. I will know longer give Firestone my business.

By far the worst Firestone! Customer service was absolutely horrible and the workers were very rude. They told me they were going to take a long time because it was hot out!! There was a recall on my tires and the reason I was there was to get them changed. The manager was saying they are also taking long because they arent getting money out of it. Will never go back. Manger should 100% be fired for yelling at me & being very rude.

I went to this store and can honestly say, I looked forward to spending money. The Sales and Service department did everything and more to make my wait and purchase enjoyable as well as taught me new things about my purchase. I highly recommend this store. I drove from Southington to just deal with this store and will do it again!!! Thanks Fairfield Firestone!!!

I went online to get a quote for two new front tires, quote is $255, I take the car to the store and they quote me an additional $85 for the tire alignment...The industry standard for ripping people off. I got the SAME exact tires from Mavis in Greenwich for $71 each and install, altogether, is less than $200 versus Firestones $340.

Go early and have some basic knowledge of how your car works. I have not had any problems with the service. The tire prices are less than Town Fair and their work is guaranteed at any store. I cringe when I see people at the counter who have not taken care of their vehicle and then get bent out of shape when they receive the bill.

Stopped by to have the oil in my car topped off, they did it quickly and when I went to pay they informed me that it would be no charge. For a business that could have easily knocked me for a few bucks, this was much appreciated. I will definitely return in the future. Friendly and prompt service.

My DriveGuard tire blew out (under warrantee) and I called to get it fixed. Although wait time was a bit longer then expected, my hubcap was missing the next day. I called back and the manager Ryan had me pick up a new one and paid for it. Good customer service and management!!

Great service ... I was told the wait was going to be an hour and a half after I made an appointment for an oil change... Thank God it didnt come to that. They seemed to do their best to accommodate me after I asked for a time frame and they saw the disappointment on my face

Worst auto care center Ive ever been to, an oil change ended up taking 3 hours when the job is supposed to take 15 minutes at tops didnt even get my car in for two hours. Never come here absolutely terrible. If the rating would rate zero thats would be my rating.

I will never go back it was too much issues as I went an hour before closing for a simple process and they said I have to come back another day they were busy but the workers were doing nothing
