When I reached Chris on the phone you gave me a thorough assessment of the time it would take to perform an oil change. When I went down the oil change was done speedily enough. Excellent 19.99 special was in effect. Invariably they came back with something wrong with the car. When I I looked into the garage they were using a pry bar on the bottom of the motor. Then they tell me my engine mounts need replacement. No show, just tell. I def felt better if he would have shown me what they are talking about while the car was on the lift. My son just had a transmission replaced 2 months ago and the transmission repair serviceman did not come report anything wrong with the mounts. They would have a vested interest reporting a bad engine mount because it would affect the transmission shops warranty. Then they gave me a quote for the engine mount repair work. I feel Ill have my regular mechanic check it first. I hope nothing unexpected happens now that Ive left the shop after they were rooting around underneath the motor with a pry bar. The stars are. for the oil change only.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Highly untrusted and very untrained staff. I had an absolutely horrifying experience at this center. I was told my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and was billed $700+ for the "service" that put my life and many other lives in jeopardy. The day after my brakes were supposedly "fixed" I was driving down a hill and lost complete control of my car. I put my foot on the brake and the pedal touched the floor. I was terrified, scared and shaking. Thankfully I was able to coast to a stop on a very narrow highway, only to find my brakes were incorrectly installed and my rotors were literally hanging off my wheel. Look at the pictures and you will see for yourself. I could have had my children in the car, I could have killed someone else, or I could have been killed. When I called to tell the owner, he would not pay for a towing service to take my car to get it fixed. I am appalled by this particular branch, as well as Meineke in general. I will never trust them again. If you want decent service, I highly advise you to look otherwise.

Forever looks shabby from the outside, under new management 2 plus years now but impressed by how personal the new owner jerry and mechanic Raj were. I liked my exchange and will consider there quick service, opinions and recommendations for my future car service needs.

I got my radiator + brakes + gasket changed here for 700. The radiator price even online from Amazon or any retail is not even more than $60. I was charged 270 for it. + 4 hours labor where for 1 hour the guy working on my car was on lunch.
