Originally, three different people (who didnt know each other) suggested Country Parkway Repairs when we moved into the area about 20 years ago. We have had our cars serviced there ever since. Their prices a very reasonable (much lower than dealership service,) they dont do any unnecessary work and their work is consistently top notch. Ive even had a number of occasions when theyve told me not to bother with a repair that wasnt absolutely necessary. Add to that the wonderful free sideshow of Frank and Chris jokes and you have quality work, great prices and free entertainment. What more could one ask for. Right?

Excellent service from experienced mechanics. Frank and Chris treat their customers with respect and their work backs it up. My father first started using them at their old location on Old Country Road and followed them to the current location on Urban Ave. The first time I used them I felt very comfortable and it was a good feeling to find a mechanic you can trust. I live more than 30 minutes away from them but still travel back there to have work completed on my vehicle.

There are simply no better people let alone mechanics than Frank and Chris. The most honest, competent, kindest people you will even meet. Customers are more like family and I have met many who moved but still drove for up to an hour just to have their vehicle serviced there. What other mechanic would call you up and say "Dont you look at your bill? I over charged you!" or when I helped straighten out a wifi / router problem they refused to let me pay for the oil change.
