I began this storage unit last month in April. We are renovating our home and needed to fit all our new furniture in one unit. We were unsure what size we needed. The manager Bob, explained everything in detail and was extremely courteous and pleasant. We have moved more furniture in and rented the moving truck available, once for the free rental and the other we paid for. The facility is super clean, well lit , and secure. Bob made it a less daunting experience of moving furniture. I forgot my storage number. Bob was right there to help. Even when Bob had multiple people waiting he kept us smiling and knew everyone by name. It didnt bother me to wait. Its hard finding a safe place for storage. Im very happy with the unit and most definitely glad Bob has such tremendous customer service skills.

Friendly, helpful staff, and a great facility! Alison Toto was a pleasure to work with, and was able to answer every question and concern I had. I went in with hopes to sit down, sign up, and get ready to load a storage bay. With a brief tour to show me various sizes, I was in and out in under 25 minutes. The prices are also extremely reasonable, especially for being an indoor, climate-controlled facility. Security is also of high importance, and with the building being monitored 24/7 as well as each individual person having their own pin to get in, my mind is at ease. I would most certainly recommend CubeSmart to anyone in the area searching for a storage solution.

General Manager at facilty was proving me with rates that should match on-line rates. I was being charges for 1/2 first months rent when you can get the first months rent for FREE on-line. GM did not mention that at all during my visit. GM was offering a 10% disc and on-line offered 15% discount off your rental monthly charge. I felt that General Manager Bob Powell was not being honest to his costumers and was NOT offering honest customer service. Im very disappointed!!! Please do your research, prior to renting, if not youll be over charged. Cubesmart is not compairing prices with their on-line rates. Make reservation on-line for better deal.

I have never written a review of a business but my experiences with cube smart have been so great that I just want the word to get out. The staff is overwhelming great. From the time I stepped into the building to today every step has been made easy. The facility is spotless. The fees are much lower than the competitors down the street. The operating hours are a bonus. But really I just want to let people know if you use this business you will be taken care of.

Im post this for my boss, John Trani. He has used CubeSmart several times now (in Connecticut and in Florida) and they have terrific customer service and a great service. In the last case, he put money down on a unit, but found he didnt need it and they gave him a credit on account for the money he paid down in advance versus keeping his deposit. He is very pleased with the New Britain CubeSmart Self-Storage!
