I asked if my car would be safe if left overnight in their lot. They assured me it would be. Next day when I returned to drop off the rental and pick up my car, my car had been run into and damaged. They did not offer to pay for any repairs, and they claimed nothing showed up on their video. Or maybe they ran into it with one of their trucks and just didnt want to admit it?

Misleading, charged me extra for using the hand truck that came with the truck. Never told me when I first rented the truck that there would be an extra charge. I called the owner and she never called me back. Go somewhere else.

Terrible service. DO NOT USE! Location does not answer the phone. Called customer service at 1-800 and still no help. Not timely, not honest. I have used other Uhaul locations in the past with great service
