After two attempts, 3 phone calls I was informed that there is no property manager on site at the West street address, had to travel to there main site 2 miles away to rent a cube. Once there the staff where great, apologized for the error. I found the unit and area clean , easily accessible. The reason for the 3 star rating, my wasted time due to lack of communication. When reserving a cube it should be noted that you must go to there main site in Simsbury.

Paperwork was fairly quick and easy, service manager was friendly and helpful. Rates have gone up about 10% since new ownership, and extra fees imposed. I may look for a new vendor next year due to price.
