Very expensive and 2 broken items.Movers broke table and hooked up washer incorrectly and caused water damage to ceiling. When we called they said they dont hook up washers and the crew stated that they never hooked up washer. The move was for my 82 yo mother. When she called person was rude and called her a liar. 2 people saw mover hooked up washer. Will contact lawyer and BBB. Called Erin and was no help. Tried to resolve but horrible customer service

We had an excellent experience. The entire process was open & clear.From the person who surveyed the house,to the people who packed & did more than we thought we could handle, to the loaders & unloaders , who were professional,friendly & efficient. Everyone worked as a team under the very experienced leader. Also the estimated price did not vary from the final price paid.

Ace Van & Storage provided excellent service, providing an accurate estimate of the cost of the move, handling an additional request to transport my car, and then working with me to ensure my household items were delivered when things got hung up because of the 4th of July holiday. I would definitely use them again.
