Theres a five star team at the U-Haul Facility of Hamden. Each of the staff members were helpful, courteous and extremely knowledgable. They answered questions and provided top notch assistance which made me feel valued as a customer. The level of service and professionalism definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall this was a positive experience and I would be happy to use this facility again.

John is the best manager Ive ever encountered at a U-HAUL location. Professional, calm, and able to manage several clients at once. Hes been helping me with a huge billing snafu with the central office and has been nothing but helpful and professional. His team, also, is incredibly knowledgeable and equally as professional.
