The experience was horrible from start to finish. The initial order was incorrect (name, container size, etc.) I had to call three times after the initial order to finally get the right product to the right location...the representatives failed to explain and/or offer any information about insurance coverages as it refers to damage of container and its contents. The pods finally arrives, i confirmed with the drive and the customer service rep that i would be able to have the pod removed the next day. They both advised to just call in the day i wanted to have the pod removed and they would come retrieve it within a three hour window...THIS WAS NOT TRUE! I received an email with a window for pick up...when i called PODS to ask the reaon why i was given a window when i was told i had to call for pick up the representive was no help told me there was nothing i could do and that i had to wait 4 days for a pick up

Great experience - start to finish. Helpful phone person made sure the location of my POD was set up for my driveway. On time delivery. Easy to load & unload. When my home project was complete and the contents of my POD had been returned to my home, pick up and removal of my POD was effortless. An all around great experience.

PODS was a great overall experience. With detailed emails confirming each and every step from the drop off of the container to the delivery on the other end. I would most definitely recommend using PODS. It was a little pricey but well worth the price compared to most other options available.
