After a 6 hour drive, I arrived 5 minutes before closing. Cathy Colon, the manager there, was not only receptive and willing to wait, she advised on the best possible deal, answered any questions I had, allowed me to view the unit options, and even made some recommendations upon my inquiry regarding food options as we were hungry after a long drive. Enthusiasm goes a long way and whenever someone puts in 100% into assuring the customer has a great experience, you can confidently say that is the best way to retain a customer. Top that off with the best rates and space for the money I have encountered in the area, its an easy decision. Facility is also under surveillance, gated, and space is obviously locked, so security appears to be of no concern. My experience was very good. Thank you for saving me money too.

I love cubesmart Lake Ave Bristol Ct location because when I went to move my belongings to a storage I was at my lowest point. I had no where to go and was practically homeless. I was so upset and crying. The manager on shift that day Darlene P felt so bad for me being new to the area not having any contacts for apartments. She told me about her landlord and gave me his number to try. I called left him a message about my situation. He did not have anything right at that moment but told me he would in early April. The rest is history. I will be moving to my new apartment in April Thank you to Darlene and Cathy for listening to me that day. Thank you for the best WOW moment of my life. Andrea Ellis Womack.

Cathy was extremely helpful and the process was quick and efficient. She showed me where everything I needed, was. Climate control is upstairs, and theres an elevator with 2 flat bed push carts on it. There are locks for purchse at the cube smart office, but for $15.00. Got a deal on the first month, paid $24.00 at signing for administrative rental fees, and $12.00 for the monthly insurance premium (covers $2,000 damage). Total was $37.52 after tax. Great deal. It will be $90 per month for a 5x10 unit.

I had my first experience at Cube Smart just about 6 years ago. Cathy was the employee then and now. She was and is so sweet nice and professional. She took her time in finding me just the space I needed and gave me an awesome deal!! The security of the business makes me feel like my belongings are safe. Kathy is the best!! I am a returning customer and she is the only reason I keep coming back. She has gone above and beyond to meet my business needs most times without notice.
